A beautiful experience, from the smiling & friendly service to the elegant plating to the superb &…read moreflavorful dishes. Everything we tried was excellent. 10/10 recommend. My favorite dish was the the sukuti sadheko appetizer -- the goat was almost jerky like, chewy (in the best way) but still tender; and spicy. It was served with these rice crispies that looked plain, but had so much flavor on their own. It was a fun & delicious play on texture, flavor and spice. The braised yak was tender and warm with the spices and rice, yum. Loved all the options for goat, lamb, yak, etc. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians as well.

The bar area is big and spacious, and usually sitting at the bar means better, more attentive service. The place was mildly busy, so I expected things to run smoothly -- but that wasn't the case. Right from the start, the bartender wasn't very attentive. We had to ask multiple times just to place our order. For appetizers, we tried the Goat Buttan and the Wild Boar -- we wanted to explore some of the unique delicacies on the menu. Both dishes were interesting, and the Goat Buttan and Wild Boar were actually pretty solid. Unfortunately, the service continued to be an issue. We had to flag the bartender again just to order our entrées and even for simple water refills. We ordered the Mutton Taas and the Yak Chili. The Yak Chili was very good, but the Mutton Taas was extremely dry -- like eating cardboard -- and lacked flavor. Throughout the night, our bartender was constantly absent. More than once, we had to ask another bartender to get his attention so we could get basic service. After finishing our meal, we ordered a dessert, the Gulab Jamun. The presentation looked nothing like the picture -- more like a sloppy drop of pudding -- and the taste was just as disappointing. And again, we had to flag down another bartender because ours was nowhere to be found. Service overall was lackluster, and the tip options started at 20% with no 18% choice. For the level of service we received, 15% would have been more appropriate. I won't be returning anytime soon unless I'm specifically craving their unique delicacies -- which is once in a blue moon.

But my in-laws put me onto it and I really wanted to check it out. Vegetarian Friendly: I'm vegetarian, and I been craving momos for a while, so this was perfect. Loved that the menu is a mix of Indian and Nepalese, nice to have both options. Decor: I actually loved the decor it was fun but it was pretty dead in there when we went so it didnt help teh vibes Food Ordered: We got a bunch of stuff from veggie momos, haka noodles, gulab jamun, kheer, and a mango lassi. Food Breakdown: Everything was really really good. The momos were exactly what I wanted and man that sause hit different. The desserts (gulab jamun and kheer) were great too, and the mango lassi hit the spot. Only thing is the Haka noodles, they just didnt taste like actual haka noodles to me, kinda a funky version of it. Not bad, just not what I was expecting. Portion Size: I loved the sizes as it was very shareable Service: Staff was solid, as good as youd expect on a Tuesday night. Price: I think it was totally reasonable for the area Would I go Back: 100% yes. Definitely recommend it if anything for the Momos!

The menu was comprehensive and had something for everyone, making it a great choice for families and groups of all ages. We ordered the Chicken Dhido Thali, Goat Thali, Combo Platter, Jhol Momo, Sukuti Sadheko, Aloo Paratha, and Mango Lassis. Every single dish was authentic, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into the food. What made the experience even better was the gentleman who served us. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for authentic Nepali food, I highly recommend this place. 10/10 for both the food and the hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

Cutely decorated interior and leaning a little on the not fast casual vibe. They are tucked away in a side street and share a parking lot with a couple of other shops. They give a complimentary lentil soup in an espresso sized cup was nice and yummy. I think they give it for any order. The soup was savory and quaint with slight texture difference of the rice puff toppings. In the past I had their truffle naan which was quite good, with a boar momos. In this most recent visit, I had the momo platter that consisted of 4 of the 5 momos: wild boar, lamb, chicken, and veggie. My favorite was probably the boar momo and then the lamb. My least favorite was the veggie momo. All had a nice texture. The sauces had good flavor. The orange had a small spiciness to it but not unbearable. Good way to try out a lot. We ordered the butter chicken, which was good. The chicken was a little overcooked and dry, and the sauce felt a little watered down instead of creamier. We skipped the naan and instead had the mango lassi which was good, more leaning on the yogurt side so tasted a bit more tart.

It was one of those crazy hot days so their AC was definitely struggling. It was like 86 inside which was not ideal but also it is what it is. We started with the momo sampler which was a really big hit. The wild boar was our definite favorite! The quinoa patties were surprisingly good but also exactly what they sound like. I got a vegetarian curry with paneer and mushrooms and it was very tasty. Highly recommend!!!

I understand that mistakes can happen, but finding hair in your food is extremely unpleasant and not something I expect when paying for a meal. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves its attention to cleanliness and food preparation. Because of this experience, I would be hesitant to return.
