    Spicy chilly momo

Food: 5/5 Price 5/5 Environment: 5/5 Quality: 5/5 Too bad we will never find something like this in South Florida. The only thing I wish is if they served it in a plate instead of a foil. But nevertheless, it doesn't take away from the flavor and quality. Also it was confusing to find this place as google didn't give us clear directions. I had to ask a staff inside to direct me to this spot. Turns out this place is inside a Grocery store.

Full of flavor and definitely a good amount of spice! Next time I'll need to order something a little more plain to balance out the fire in my mouth!

Cilantro and raw onions galore!! Blimey that's all I tasted from all their food. I was excited to try their momos and other dishes but no. Just no!! The place is inside a grocery store and it's convenient. The staff is friendly and service prompt. Too bad the food is bad. Won't be returning again.

My family and I come here whenever we want something quick but also delicious, and they never disappoint. I always get the same thing-- spicy chilli momos-- and maybe a drink on the side. They give a good amount of momos for the price, and they have a variety of drink options and foods as well. For example: Boba, momos, noodles, and much more! The best thing is that they're halal. The service is great, and while the food does take a while to come out it's because they're making it fresh. It's always steaming hot. The seating and just the overall ambiance is cozy, my family and I choose the wooden booth because it's in the corner. I'd recommend coming in after sunset; that's when it's even more comforting. I do want to warn you before getting the spicy chilli momos that if your spice tolerance isn't the best please don't get it. They don't joke around when it comes to making it spicy, but if you do want to get it you need to start preparing your taste buds for war. Get the boba or anything drink with milk it'll help because it coats your taste buds and acts like a shield. Then you must savor the taste of the boba, don't be greedy and immediately drink it all in one go. One gulp after each momo.

The food was ok. The momos were dry. Sauces were not authentic. One of the sauce was very hot and had no taste. I could eat their chowmein.

My favorite dish was the the sukuti sadheko appetizer -- the goat was almost jerky like, chewy (in the best way) but still tender; and spicy. It was served with these rice crispies that looked plain, but had so much flavor on their own. It was a fun & delicious play on texture, flavor and spice. The braised yak was tender and warm with the spices and rice, yum. Loved all the options for goat, lamb, yak, etc. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians as well.

The bar area is big and spacious, and usually sitting at the bar means better, more attentive service. The place was mildly busy, so I expected things to run smoothly -- but that wasn't the case. Right from the start, the bartender wasn't very attentive. We had to ask multiple times just to place our order. For appetizers, we tried the Goat Buttan and the Wild Boar -- we wanted to explore some of the unique delicacies on the menu. Both dishes were interesting, and the Goat Buttan and Wild Boar were actually pretty solid. Unfortunately, the service continued to be an issue. We had to flag the bartender again just to order our entrées and even for simple water refills. We ordered the Mutton Taas and the Yak Chili. The Yak Chili was very good, but the Mutton Taas was extremely dry -- like eating cardboard -- and lacked flavor. Throughout the night, our bartender was constantly absent. More than once, we had to ask another bartender to get his attention so we could get basic service. After finishing our meal, we ordered a dessert, the Gulab Jamun. The presentation looked nothing like the picture -- more like a sloppy drop of pudding -- and the taste was just as disappointing. And again, we had to flag down another bartender because ours was nowhere to be found. Service overall was lackluster, and the tip options started at 20% with no 18% choice. For the level of service we received, 15% would have been more appropriate. I won't be returning anytime soon unless I'm specifically craving their unique delicacies -- which is once in a blue moon.

The goat curry lunch wasn't super heavy on the meat, but the rest of the items that came with the meat more than made up for this. The lentils and spinach which came with the lunch were really flavorful. Chicken momos with chili were excellent but likely wouldn't travel great with the sauce on them. If getting takeout, you might want to skip the sauce but on the table, these were standouts. We were cautioned against getting the very spiciest level for the lamb, and we were glad we did as we have high specie tolerance, and the lamb was perfectly spicy without going over the top. Will come back!

I got an array of takeout including a samosa chaat with pomegranate arils, some classic momos, and a very spicy daal. Even at one level below the maximum spice setting, it was still quite strong, but also loaded with nuanced flavors of spices and greens. Getting a plain paratha to mop up the lentils turned out to be a great decision; I usually get my parathas filled but the plain one was delightfully flaky. I had plenty of choices, and found the stop both convenient and worthwhile.

However, our most recent takeout delivery order was a significant disappointment. In all our previous orders, the samosa chaat was packed in a black plastic container with the dry and wet components separated, allowing you to combine them right before eating so the texture remains fresh and crisp. This time, we ordered two portions, and both arrived completely pre-mixed in round soup containers. As a result, the dish was soft, mushy, and soggy. Additionally, it contained a whole star anise and a bay leaf--ingredients we have never encountered in this dish before. I called the restaurant to ask if the recipe or packaging protocol had changed. The staff member stated the recipe had not changed and that the packaging issue "shouldn't be," adding that they would check with the staff. I mentioned that I had taken a photo of the food and offered to share them, but the offer was not taken up. When I expressed hesitation about ordering this dish again due to the lack of consistency, I was told the person was too busy to continue the conversation. They ended the call without taking my name, contact details, or photos to follow up. The flavor was tolerable, but the texture and lack of quality control were disappointing, and the customer service did not resolve the concern. Given that other restaurants in the area serve samosa chaat, we will likely be ordering elsewhere moving forward.
