1st things first. I HATE BAD SERVICE. I don't care how good the food and drinks are, I will never come back again over bad service. The Asian guy in here, is he dead? He had absolutely no expression on his face. It seemed it annoyed him that I was ordering? So dry and no greeting or a simple "Hi". I guess it was too much for him? Also the way this place looks is so underwhelming, like like a school cafeteria; you atleast need to make up for it. As I'm writing this i notice both baristas walk away from the counter and no other coffee is being made. Umm did they forget about me? I walk up and ask the girl instead about my coffee and she says sorry about that. Ummm what???. 1st impressions are so important to me. I am a foodie and like to try new places to eat or drink.. only reason why I even gave 2 stars was because the girl did apologize and the coffee was decent. read more

I'm beyond grateful that a coffeeshop in Soho, no less, is open into the evening! I love working at cafes and came on a Sunday afternoon, which was initially crowded but I still managed to find a seat. There's wifi, outlets, and a bathroom. As it got dark (around 4:30 these days) the place emptied out a bit, making the overall vibe more enjoyable and ~dreamy and creative~ as I think this cafe is designed to be. I had the regular latte, which was decent, and the price was OK. They also have baked goods available too. Definitely will find myself back here. read more

I have pretty mixed feelings about this place. The space is huge, which I love as a lot of nyc coffee shops are crazy small and feel cramped. Also the flavors that they have on their menu are amazing! And while the drinks are tasty, I feel like the osmanthus latte that I got tasted like it had too weak of an espresso to milk ratio, so I couldn't taste any coffee at all. Also I feel like I can't justify the price of the drinks at this place, they are so expensive and I don't mind splurging for high quality coffee but I feel like these just fall short and aren't worth the price. The drinks are gorgeous though, and the osmanthus taste was definitely my favorite part. Just feels like the drink needs another shot of espresso to balance the ratios of everything out. read more

The service was very cold and distant, as if the coffee he was serving was too good for us common folk. Due to his attitude, I was expecting a really good cappuccino. Pretty solid place to get a coffee and some work done for 2 reasons: it's a large space (can seat ~30 people Id say) and it's hours are amazing (7 am-9 pm, impeccable!!!). The coffee is solid, and I like that they have this partnership with Kolkata Chai; but the drinks are all on the pricier side for sure. I always walked past this space, which was always "coming soon." It is enormous for a coffee shop, with plenty of seating. I visited in the late afternoon and ordered an iced americano. I am a fan of coffee shops that serve their drinks in glassware or mugs. The music was a bit loud, but I loved the playlist with a mix of chill pop and throwbacks. I am not sure if this place has wifi, but it would be perfect if it does. I did see someone working on a laptop there, so I may be back to get some work done. read more

I'm so happy the neighborhood opened a creative space serving spectacular coffee! I came across the café when walking on Broome street, it appears it's so new it's not even on Google Maps yet. I really wanted to love The Lost Draft but my iced sesame latte with sesame milk came out bland - not creamy enough, not sesame enough, and no sweetness to it. And it was around $8! For a mindblowingly good sesame latte, go to Aroom Coffee in Seattle if you ever have the chance. On the plus side, The Lost Draft does have lots of seating, a small meeting room with a white board, a bathroom, and wifi so it is a good spot to get things done! read more

Really clean and nice workers. Very pretty place but it felt kinda pretentious lol. They top a few of the drinks with flower petals and they're good looking drinks but I've had much tastier ones. It's pretty expensive - $3.5 for a small drip and about $8 on average for their specialty drinks. I got the honey rose latte ($9) which didnt taste like coffee much, although it was a fresh floral taste. My girlfriend got the osmanthus latte ($8) which has a much richer coffee taste and I liked that a lot more. During my time there, I tried two different drinks- the sesame latte and matcha latte (one for the morning and one later in the afternoon.) I'm visiting from out of town for a week and needed a cafe to work at that had reliable wifi, bathrooms, and good coffee. This place has everything and more! I've been here about a handful of times now, I get a vanilla latte each time, and they're consistent. The workers are friendly, bathroom is cool, and there's plenty of seating in the mornings. Bonus points for the great music taste, basically my whole Spotify playlist, not sure how they infiltrated it.
