Coffee was good, service was friendly but most of all I loved the views over to the bridge it's located at just the perfect spot.
This is an urban/hip coffee spot with various types of coffees from different countries. They got really nice view of bridge and cross street. The coffee was great but the only thing I can say about the container is the lid. It was a paper disposable lid that interfered with the coffee taste. Almost the same taste you get from drinking from paper straws. Other than that, place and coffee was gooood!
I visited % Arabica everyday during my New York trip, so saying that I like this spot is an understatement. I tried a few things on the menu, but my go-to was the matcha latte. The menu says they use a high quality matcha from Kyoto and I feel like it really makes a difference! My husband got the Americano here and he is very particular about his coffee but was blown away by the beans that are offered here and the taste of the coffee itself. The store has a cozy and warm ambiance. There's some seating inside to enjoy your drink, however, it is a bit limited and fills up quickly. Service is friendly!
Food/drinks: dark latte!!! It's like a hot chocolate and latte mixed, not too sweet!! Atmosphere: very cute, tiny seats with bar seating and pretty busy with tourists Service: can take a bit to get your drink especially if they are busy, but I didn't mind Price: $$ as normal for NYC
I think this place is good, but I wouldn't consider it to be my top choice in terms of coffee in the city (which there are TONS of choices). One thing I do have to say is that I enjoy how none of the drinks are sickly sweet, which makes it enjoyable to drink. The matcha is also smooth and not "grassy" tasting which is great as well.
In my opinion this place is one of the best coffee spots around the area. The coffee quality is excellent, everything tastes fresh, and the flavors really stand out. You also get a great view to the Brooklyn Bridge while zipping a delicious coffee. Definitely one of my favorite spots, it's worth trying out.
If you are looking to take that perfect snapshot with the Brooklyn Bridge in the background, do yourself a favor and check out "% Arabica". Located directly on Old Fulton St. and just a mere few blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn NY, this place has been serving up handcrafted coffees, espresso drinks, and matcha beverages dating back to mid-2021. This is one of 4 locations in New York while they have 1 other location in Los Angeles. However, they are more prominent globally as they have a strong presence in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. I came here during the afternoon on Thursday 10/9/2025 at around 3:30pm. As expected, there was a bit of a line but did move rather quickly. The interior layout of the building was bright, cheerful, and upscale while utilizing as much natural light as possible. The neutral earth tone colors flow well as beige, gold, and off-white flow freely around the entire interior. Seating was tricky to find but my lady and I did find two available spots that gave us that million dollar view of the Brooklyn Bridge. As for our beverages of choice, she went with a "Hot Vanilla Latte" while I opted for an "Iced Matcha Latte". Since they were busy and the flow of customers did not ease up, we got our drinks in a timely manner, under 5 minutes. I will say that the overall taste of the matcha was good (but not great) as I've had much better. But from an aesthetic perspective, this place had a great New York vibe as the staff and demographic of customers hit all the high notes for me. All in all, "% Arabica" was a good above-average place that allows you to slow down from the daily hustle-and-bustle grind that we encounter on a regular basis. With decent hours; 7:30am-6:00pm 7 days a week, fast Wi-Fi connections, and squeaky clean restrooms, this location does what it can to stay above some of the better coffee shops in the area. Service, location, atmosphere, and ambiance was amazing while the coffee/matcha is just slightly above average. With that said and done, I am giving % Arabica a solid four stars.
Perfect cup of coffee. I arrived at the perfect time just before closing so there wasn't any line and few people in the building. The server was attentive and produced the perfect cafe latte. The ambiance was nice with a huge focal point of the view of the Brooklyn Bridge. I'm happy I went during the evening for the photo opportunity. The coffee beans were fresh and aromatic, the sip was smooth, the flavor was robust. I was super excited for the fast prep time cup design. Overall 5 of 5
Ordered the Kyoto Latte which was just sweet enough. Great coffee, location, vibe and branding with the "%". It was a good stop right before we embarked on our Brooklyn Bridge trek.
Performative HQ. Great coffee, great vibe, great location, great cups. This is where you go to try and impress the local manic pixie dream girl but realize you're just the 1000th man they've seen that morning in the same North Face puffer and Arc'teryx toque beanie. This place is lit.
After some freezing weather I stopped by this coffee shop and decided to get something to warm up with. The staff was friendly and helpful and we decided to try a seasonal drink of theres. In the photo you'll find a coffee with white chocolate and a plain croissant. This was perfect! As someone who doesn't like overly sweet food and drinks this was the right amount of flavor. The croissant was nice and fluffy and everything you expect. It is on the pricey side but to be expected. My total was $12.50. My only complaint is that I wish it was much hotter, it was luke warm at best. Coffee 8/10 Croissant 8/10
I stopped by % Arabica in Brooklyn and ordered their Spanish latte, and honestly... it blew me away. I've had Spanish lattes from a ton of different coffee shops, and this one was on a whole different level. Super balanced, smooth, just the right amount of sweetness basically perfect. I'm the type of person who likes to hop around and try different coffee spots, but after having this, I actually found myself coming back again and again. It's that good. The shop itself has a clean, modern vibe that makes you want to hang out for a bit, and the staff was friendly and quick even though they were busy. Everything just felt dialed in from the coffee to the atmosphere. If you're a coffee person, or even if you're not, this place is a must. I'd go out of my way for that Spanish latte any day.
%Arabica Dumbo is a minimalist coffee shop known for its clean design, high quality espresso drinks, and large windows that look directly out toward the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline. The interior is compact and bright, keeping the focus on the coffee and the view rather than any heavy décor or extended seating experience. Inside, the layout is tight with limited seating. Most of the attention naturally pulls toward the corner windows facing the bridge. I ordered quickly and the process felt straightforward. The menu focuses on drinks like Kyoto lattes, Spanish lattes, matcha lattes, and espresso based coffees. I tried a Kyoto latte, which stood out for its smooth, balanced flavor. Other drinks lean either slightly sweet or more intense depending on what you order. The experience inside felt shaped as much by the crowd as the coffee itself. I watched people rotate in and out quickly, with some lingering near the best view seats for photos. The Brooklyn Bridge view is clearly the main highlight of the space.

First try. My new favorite coffee shop. Wish it has more locations. We tried the Spanish latte and was marvelously impressed with its taste. There are more to try. Can't wait to try. The wait on this location is crazy. Price moderately. read more
When I arrived, the line was at the door, which gave me and my sister plenty of time to decide what we wanted (except the menus weren't visible until you got close to the ordering counter). We ordered a hot and an iced latte and ended up being served two iced lattes, which was fine but slightly annoying. The Kyoto Latte was smooth and right up my alley. Not too sweet or too rich; comparable to a milkier cortado in my opinion. The Spanish Latte was a bit disappointing, as all the condensed milk was at the bottom of the cup and hard to mix into a drink that already had ice in it. While there's a decent amount of seating, there weren't any chairs available when we dropped by at 9am on a Saturday - plan accordingly if you're hoping to enjoy your coffee in the shop! read more

In my opinion, the best matcha I've found in nyc. Some outdoor and indoor seating. Minimalist fit out, and a collection of merch (including a $100 tote bag The blueberry danish is a winner, as well. read more

This location is usually sprawling with tourists and a respectable crowd on the weekends. Nothing beats the picturesque backdrop of Brooklyn Bridge while you're sipping on your latte. I've been here many times by now and their roasting game is pretty top notch. If it's busy (which it usually is), expect a long wait to get your drink. My only critique is that some of the baristas don't seem to be coffee enthusiasts. I had ordered pourover one time and I was trying to learn more about my cup, but they generally responded it was a single origin form Columbia. They make their lattes with lactaid whole milk. I have no idea how they make it so buttery rich. Worth a visit if you're in the area and if you have time! read more

I love % Arabica. It's located in the heart of Dumbo and Brooklyn Bridge park.Coming here makes me reminiscent of my trip to Japan and how much I enjoyed the coffee. I ordered the iced Kyoto Latte which was super delicious. It was light and smooth. It has a subtle sweetness already, which is great, but you can add more if you have more of a sweet tooth. The cafe is sleek, and minimalist. Staff are so friendly. It has a very calming ambiance inside with big windows with amazing views of the brooklyn bridge. You can enjoy your coffee or treat, getting a taste of Japan, while enjoying one of the best views in Brooklyn. read more
Arabica Brooklyn Bridge is one of the most photogenic coffee stops in NYC. Located right under the Manhattan Bridge in Dumbo, it's surrounded by food carts, local vendors, and street musicians -- perfect for a relaxed break or a photo walk. What I liked: * Their Spanish latte is smooth and slightly sweet. * Friendly baristas and clean, minimalist interior. Pro tip for travelers: If you're into photography, come early in the morning to beat the crowd and get that iconic Manhattan Bridge background shot. The lighting is great around 8-10 AM. How to get here: Take the F train to York Street and walk 5 mins. The area is busy on weekends, so weekdays are better for shooting. Would recommend for: * Travelers * Photographers * Anyone looking for good coffee in a scenic spot read more
Ideal location across from where the ferry docks for a coffee. Excellent view of the Brooklyn bridge. Service was pleasant. I got their best seller - the Kyoto latte. I thought it was quite average but I'm usually a flavored latte kind of person so likely not very attuned to the notes of the espresso, but solid enough. Crazy good latte art read more
Needed a quick afternoon pick me up! I grabbed an ice matcha latte to go. The aroma in the store was very nice as they were actively roast new beans in store. They had large windows to sit by and watch the outside going-ons. The service was quick and polite. The matcha was actually amazing. I was really itching for a good matcha latte since arriving in New York and I'm glad I held out for this café. Will definitely have to try some of their coffee next time read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Tried the Spanish latte and the Kyoto latte and thought they were mid, would not come back. Honestly I got rubbed off by the rude customer service, the person taking my order was snippy and already left a bad taste in my mouth before I tried the coffee. The only reason people come here is for the view of Brooklyn Bridge not the coffee. One of the worst coffee shop experiences I've had. read more

This Japanese inspired coffee shop in Dumbo Brooklyn has a wonderful space and vibe to it. You can sit by the window and enjoy a beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge. There are also tables outside to enjoy your drinks at on a nice day. I had a regular iced latte and it was way too bitter for me. They have many locations, some are in Manhattan too. read more
You should know, this is a no frills coffee shop. There are no syrups or fancy drinks. I thought my Americano was good though! They do coffee well. This spot excels in its location though - great spot for a quick pick me up and bathroom break as you're walking down by the bridge. read more

Artsy interior and fantastic coffee, but very limited seating. My group got the Kyoto latte and regular latte, both of which were fantastic. The location is also really ideal and walking distance to so many iconic Brooklyn sights! read more
Stopped by to try their coffee while in the area. It was much needed! The staff members were helpful since it was my first time at one of their locations. I ended up choosing the iced Spanish latte. It was strong and alittle sweet. Loved the lay out and decor. Very simple but cute. I like that they have different coffees from different countries and there is a description of what each latte/coffee is you you better understand what you are ordering. read more

This is the last of my New York reviews from my trip during the final week of 2024. I was in Dumbo during a frigid morning and needed some good coffee to warm me up! While the inside was bustling with people everywhere, service was relatively quick and the staff were both very kind, but also very knowledgeable about coffee. Knowing % Arabica is a Japanese chain with locations only in New York and LA, I'm glad we stopped in. We ordered a Kyoto Latte and a Spanish Latte. The Kyoto Latte was impeccable. Possibly one of the best I've had. Smooth, not overly sweet, and incredibly easy going down. The Spanish Latte was just as smooth but did have a bit more sweetness. The drinks were about $7, which is more than fair for a 16oz. Something else I found really fascinating was that inside there are coffee beans from all over the world for sale. Beautiful view of the bridge if you come when it's less busy and can grab a seat. Outdoor seating is picturesque as well. read more
