I ordered an iced matcha einspanner ($6.95) with oat milk ($0.75) and loved that it already comes with a shot of espresso, so it was essentially a dirty matcha einspanner. I tried each layer on its own before mixing everything together and it was all really good. The matcha cream is the right amount of sweet and creamy and you can taste the matcha with just a hint of coffee. Since I'm a coffee fiend I added a bit more espresso when I got back to the hotel and it tasted even better while still keeping the matcha as the dominant flavor. Next time I would ask for less ice since it was freezing that morning, but on a warmer day the ice level would be perfect. I've had an espresso drink before that was good, and ventured over to the matcha latte on this visit. It was sweeter than I expecting, not the earthy flavor I was expecting; definitely some added syrup there, which was fine if you like sweeter drinks. They also have baked goods available; I've heard good things in the past but haven't tried any myself. Also it is clear from the rave reviews from fellow Yelpers this place knows what they are doing. It is another place know for their Einspänner drinks. Which is a Vietnamese style drink made from espresso that is topped with whipped cream. My wife got their signature iced Einspänner and I got their ONYX Latte (cold brew infused with chicory and black cacao). That chicory gives it a little flare that made me think about New Orleans. Both our drinks were top notch and well crafted. I would order either one again! Besides drinks they also had some delicious looking food offerings on display as well. I got a 'Dark Chocolate Latte' which has no coffee in it, but it was delicious! It was kind of like a high class hot chocolate. I could have had a few of these. I got there around 9am on a Friday and it wasn't too busy, a few tables open and people were coming in and out. The seats are wooden stools lol so it's a bit uncomfortable. I had this place bookmarked for two years and today was the day since we were in the area. Without fail my son has a knack for picking the right drinks every single time. Took a sip of his Onyx Latte and I wished I had ordered it for myself. It was FIRE and I'm not even a fan of cold brews. It is infused with black cacao and chicory. So refreshingly good on this 84 degree day. I got the Strawberry Matcha Einspanner. A little too sweet for me and I thought there was way too much of the signature cream.
