    Spanish Latte
    Elizabeth F.

So good. So much better than Starbucks. I'm going to be craving the Spanish latte for a long time.

Everything about this space reminded me of an Apple Store. It took a long time to get my drinks but I did get 4 drinks to go. It was late afternoon ish when I dropped by and it was already crowded with minimal seating. One thing that surprised me was that they didn't have any decaf beans so I couldn't get a decaf anything. Overall the kyoto latte was really smooth and just has a hint of sweetness which is nice.

The smell of coffee wafts down the block, enticing all the addicts, making you guess that this will be a more superior cup of joe. The interior design is very sleek and modern--all futuristic curves and pristine wood paneling. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the busy reality, this can be your cocoon to unwind and find a moment of tranqulity. Some seating space available to rest your bum. But no tables--this isn't your work-on-your-laptop-Starbucks with wi-fi and music. No restroom on premises despite the high end interior, so use the public museum across the street. Staff are courteous and drinks are prepared quickly. Inquired about the matcha and was told that it is very well reviewed. Didn't really care for it--yes, it was probably top quality green powder, but the taste was nonexistent. This matcha isn't sweetened [which was a plus]. But the lack of flavor would not make me return. Very slim selection of pastries, which are really an after thouht in this place. I'd skip and go to a bakery if you're craving a bite. Just a few types of croissants available. At 12:15pm, they only had one of each left [what was in the display case]. I got the $6.50 everything croissant with feta cheese and it was just okay. Not good, not bad. It'll hold you over if you're feeling the stir of hunger, but I wouldn't spend money here on pastries, and would much rather go to a place that specializes in baked goods. Everyone seemed getting the specialty drinks with condensced milk and that's what I would try next time, as people seemed to enjoy them more than I did my matcha.

It's an obsession of mine to go to a %Arabica wherever we travel (please come to Boca!) I tried the Spanish latte for the first time and really enjoyed it, as it's not as sweet. My little one still says Kyoto is her favorite.

Rating: 3.4/5 This % Arabica location is beautifully designed, with a unique seating setup alongside the coffee bar in the center. As for the coffee, I think % Arabica caters to a very specific audience--those who prefer simpler, less sweet drinks. That's not really my style, so I didn't enjoy it as much. I tried my friend's Spanish Latte, which is made with condensed milk and is supposed to be sweet, but it still tasted pretty mild. Even the coffee wasn't strong enough for me. Their coffee feels more like a tasting experience where it's meant to be sipped slowly so you can appreciate each note. While I like the concept, the coffee here is just not for me.

Coffee shop with a uniquely yellow tubular appearance. Drinks here are nice and of good quality. Just still taken aback by the avant garde choice of yellow rounded seating that lines the length of both walls. Relaxed and calm vibe here, low foot traffic of people coming in and sitting. Staff here are nice and efficient with orders.

My favorite coffee to get when I'm in New York. The Spanish latte is elite and my daughter loves their matcha. A nice place to stop in while shopping or taking in the sights. Great service as well, highly recommend.

    Matcha Latte, Kyoto Latte

The first coffee I had when I visited New York for the first time, and it was definitely a hit! Went here in the early morning for a coffee and tried their Kyoto Latte--it was so fragrant and the taste was strong and full. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but let's just say this latte turned me into one! That's how good it was. Also tried the matcha latte, which they use matcha from Japan I'm pretty sure, and it was amazing. Strong matcha flavor, not too sweet, a solid matcha latte that I would definitely get again. I also love the interior of the whole shop. The seats are a comfy bench style that wraps around the cafe, which makes it really comfortable to spend the morning there was a friend or partner. The cashier was also very amicable and recommended some drinks to try as a first time go'er. Drinks came out fast and despite the constant flow of traffic, it never got crazy busy in the morning. One of my top cafe's seriously!

First time we tried this %arabica coffee. Just want to know and comparing to camel and others. Service is not friendly at all, kinda stuck up people. Very likely not coming back again. We ordered: Sparking lemonade Kyoto latte iced with oat milk Matcha latte The lemonade is nothing special. The kyoto latte is just ok and same with the matcha. The seating area is kinda nice, modern setting. Otherwise, I still like others better. They sell their coffee beans and merchandise too.

When I went there was only one barista so don't expect it to be somewhere you can just pop in and grab a coffee and head out. Besides that, the coffee was rich, smooth, and strong. I got the ice latte. The ambiance was a little futuristic with all of the bright lights and mirrors but warm because of the color pallet. Cute spot. Couches along the wall but no tables

Such delicious coffee. I ordered the Kyoto latte and it was the perfect amount of sweetness when I added a little bit of simple syrup. The staff was really nice and welcoming and the inside has plenty of bench type seating. There's also a bathroom for customers which is very convenient at this location.

Service: Convenient for those who are indecisive as the place has a small set of options. Fast and casual for those who need a quick drink. Approachable service workers that make others feel welcomed. Drinks: Party Ordered a Matcha Latte and a Kyoto Latte. In comparison to other drinks, the Kyoto Latte is similar to a Vanilla Latte whereas the Matcha Latte was more bland and provided little taste (had to add some sweetener) Environment: Casual and Friendly as its small and provides seating on the sides of the place. Can accommodate a small group of people but it may be best for those who are taking a break and need a place to relax in the middle of their day.

The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
