Strawberry Matcha Latte(Iced only) Mango Matcha Latte(Iced only)
    Dhriti N.

Service was super quick and the staff was very friendly. The spot is small and cute, no place to sit. When it comes to the matcha, it was definitely tasty. The flavors tasted like they came from the fruits and not artificial flavoring. Despite no additional sweeteners, the strawberry and mango matchas were on the sweeter side. Got it with almond milk (+$0.75). While I could get some matcha taste, I would've still preferred a stronger matcha taste with a hint of the flavor. Will try it with a different milk next time. 7.2/10 for both strawberry and mango matcha latte

I had an OK experience. The drink I ordered was decent. However, the cashier didn't seem to know about the beverages that they carry and the place is really small (basically a to-go place). They do have some interesting drink combinations, and I like that tea brewing option was offered on each type of tea.

This is my go-to spot for matcha when at the office. It's a small, almost hidden shop. I love their matcha latte, very well balanced and you can tell that they use a high quality product. I appreciate that you can choose from different matcha varieties. They also offer more creative, seasonal drinks like strawberry matcha and sweet treats. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Very cramped store - uncomfortable to wait inside with other people. Looks a little chaotic behind the counter when there are a lot of orders and people waiting. However the matcha tasted great and I loved the (Midori?) I believe. My friend however tried their smoky matcha (I forget the name) and didn't like their drink at all. Service was friendly and they were pretty fast with making our drinks. Liked that they weighed our matcha and sifted/did everything properly right in front of us. Would recommend and return, just be careful with your matcha selection and don't wait in there if it's super busy.

Both the unsweetened matcha latte with whole milk and the mango matcha latte with whole milk were delicious. When ordering, you can choose between three different matchas and customize your milk. The service is great and very helpful! I wish this store was larger so that customers could sit in the cafe and do work. It's more of a grab and go spot, but I loved the drinks and would be back.

Cozy shop in Koreatown that's easy to miss and quite cramped inside. Aside from that, Mika and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were serving. Felt like a traditional experience with a modern touch. The mango matcha syrup was a bit sweet, but the matcha itself was great. Would love to try the strawberry/pastries next time.

absolutely delicious strawberry matcha ($9.80)! I chose the hinata option, and it was super umami, not bitter at all, and full-bodied. the strawberry part didn't overwhelm and wasn't too sweet

this place serves high quality fantastic matcha with great variety in flavors. I got the mango matcha latte which was absolutely delicious. The mango puree was fresh and carried just the right amount of sweetness to where the flavor of the matcha still came through but was balanced. Staff is also so sweet! It's a small space so best for grab and go!! Also the hot strawberry matcha latte was wonderful too. You can add your own toppings on it as well!!

Actually one of the most delectable matchas i ever did have. The creamy nutty option w the strawb matcha and califia oat milk.... Oooooooooohweeee so good. U WILL SEE ME AGAIN!

I came here on a Thursday afternoon and ordered a strawberry matcha latte. The service was pretty fast and despite there being a line I got my drink within a 10min wait. The shop itself is tiny so it's definitely not a sit and study kind of spot. I liked that they had different matcha powders to choose from. I do think that with my drink the strawberry puree overshadowed the matcha but not certain if I just chose the wrong blend to go with. Def would be down to give it another shot though with another drink option.

Ambiance: cute small store where the main goal is to make amazing matcha Service: super kind and quick with the ordering and drinks Food: The brown sugar jelly matcha (hinata) is unsweetened which is very important to know if you go. I love my matcha this way. The matcha flavor was incredibly strong and creamy. Really hope they bring back the hot chocolate matcha!

Authentic matcha in NY's Koreatown! I ordered the strawberry matcha and thought the flavor was pretty solid - I wish the matcha shined through a bit more, but it's possible that the strawberry puree overshadowed the flavor. In terms of price, the matcha lattes do run pretty steep (I believe it was over $9 total with oat milk) so just be prepared for that. Overall, a cute grab and go spot to pick up a matcha latte if you're okay paying a bit more. If I were to return in the future, I'd definitely want to try their matcha cookie!

Really solid matcha here in a small spot and also really liked their black tea yuzu cookie, I was hoping to try their matcha cookies but went just before they closed and it was sold out. Will definitely be back to try more matcha drinks and other cookies!

They have a water dispenser, two locking bathrooms, and plenty of outlets, so I already have a very positive view of Grace Street as a good place to rest. The food is alright. It's a bit overpriced and the teas are not good quality. However, the desserts are delicious. I usually split a slice of basque cheesecake with my friends. The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! I haven't personally tried the bingsoo, but I've heard good things. The waffle is alright--all in all, come here to recharge and for the basque cheesecake!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil.
