    Mint Mojito Matcha

The matcha was in lumps (and no I did not let it settle) and it's missing something to brighten it up. The mint brought out the earthiness of the matcha but was overpowering

Came into Derby Cup Coffee looking for a quick place to warm up and grab a cup of coffee. The staff were friendly and attentive, but not the most helpful--when I asked for their most popular drink, I got more of a full menu rundown than a clear recommendation. I ended up going with the pistachio latte, which was actually delightful and left me wishing I could have ordered a larger size. Definitely the highlight of the visit. That said, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Seating is extremely limited, with only a handful of small tables inside and a couple outside. It even seemed like a few of the indoor tables were being occupied by staff or owners, which made it harder to find a spot. I ended up sitting outside... only to get pooped on by a bird sitting in their awning. Not exactly the café experience I had in mind--though obviously not entirely their fault. Overall, great coffee, but my past visits here have consistently left me underwhelmed when it comes to the space and overall ambiance.

New little café at Canal and Elizabeth! Definitely more "LES" vibes than Chinatown or Little Italy - it seems the frontlines have now advanced forward from Time Again and crossed east past Bowery... Cute spot, dark moody lighting with (as the name suggests) a British/WASPy horse-derby theme. I walked in to check it out on a Thursday, unknowingly 20 minutes past their closing time as the barista was tidying up, but she very kindly offered to let me order a cup of iced tea on a humid 90 degree day. Glad to have them be a part of the neighborhood!

Just opened! Great coffee! Got the latte and I love latte art. Espresso was good too! Ran out of coffee cola. But will be back to try. Great service! Barista is very nice! It's great to have another cafe in Chinatown for coffee drinkers. Wish you lots of success!

One of the best coffee shops in the area. Unique vibe and excellent lattes. I tried the pistachio latte and it wasn't too sweet at all. Perfect balance of espresso. I had the sweet butter biscuit which was warm because they're made fresh every morning. Will def go back!

The latte was smooth and flavorful and the decor is a total vibe--vintage, artsy, and cozy with thoughtful details everywhere

We only wanted coffee & tea yet after reading about their cookies, we bought 2! First, my English Breakfast tea was outstanding. The brand, serendipiTea. So good I didn't need to add sugar. They gave me the option of adding maple syrup. I added some Oat milk, it was delicious. Then after my 5th sip of tea I had the most delicious peanut butter gluten free cookie. So good! My hubby loved his coffee and chocolate chip cookies, he was speechless. Love this place.

Stop in for an espresso made with care, or grab a dozen of their flavor-packed cookies for the office, which are sure to impress clients and coworkers alike. I've always been a sucker for their gooey Chocolate Chunk Cookie, but today a coworker brought back the Korn Cookie, and I think I've found my new favorite! Crispy on the outside, simple, buttery and perfectly sugary on the inside. It's the kind of cookie that looks unassuming but delivers BIG on flavor. If you're in Midtown, Culture Espresso is absolutely worth the visit. (Barely remembered to snap a photo of my cookies before they were devoured!)
