I highly recommend the Lock Shop! Jeff and Steve and the staff of The Lock Shop were amazing. We could not get the key to turn in the ignition to be able to start our RV. Jeff and Steve came out to our RV and found that the ignition cylinder was damaged. Since a replacement would have taken a long time to get, and was very expensive, Jeff took apart the cylinder and repaired it. Now our RV is up and running! Thank you so much for your dedication to your customers and hard work! read more

So I locked myself out of the house today. I was freaking out. The only thing I had was my phone.. I had no water, no car keys.. nothing. I was starting to panic as my husband I'm driving home from LA and won't be back until tonight. I called the Lock shop.. I felt stupid and worried all at the same time.. they got someone to my house in 15 minutes and it took the tech about 30 seconds to open the door leading to the garage! Thank you so much to the Lock shop for being fast, friendly, affordable and most of all getting me back in my house!!! read more

Nice communication, fast service & reasonable price. I will definitely use The Lock Shop again to come out to my house for lock & key work.

Jeff came to our house re-keyed five deadbolts all to a new key. The Lock Shop was timely, professional, provided great value & personable service. Family-owned & local . . . Strongly recommended. read more

We had awesome service-so friendly and professional. Offered suggestions but no pressure to purchase. I would call them again!

The Lock Shop was great. They arrived on time, reneged all the doors on our new home, and even fixed one of the doors that wasn't lining up correctly without us asking. All for a better price than most other locksmiths I contacted. Definitely recommend! read more

Good communication with the store. Arrived on time and did a excellent quick job. Thanks Steve, I will use you guys again for sure!

I just moved and needed some extra keys for my family and I was in and out of The Lock shop so quickly. Taylor was quick and personable. The keys work great and it was great service. I usually would have got my spare keys made at Lowe's, but I usually never can get someone to help me out quickly and have had issues with keys not working from the machine there. Thanks Lock Shop I will be back! :) read more

Jeffery was absolutely amazing. Came super fast! Definitely made my day way better. He was efficient and sweet! Even cut me a key so I wouldn't lock my keys inside again because now I have a spare key! I couldn't thank him enough! read more

Full service locksmith! In a time where it's becoming increasingly more difficult to find honorable professionals, The Lock Shop is a breathe of fresh air. Family run and operated. Do yourself a favor and use these folks for all your locksmith needs. They have come to my house and made keys for a truck that we lost the keys for, and I have brought locks and handles to the shop for keys to be cut from code. These guys and gals can do it all. read more

Great service. They replied to my request promptly, showed up on time, completed the job faster than I expected plus gave some good advice re home security (all for a fair price). Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the man who performed the job or I would give him a personal shout out. Highly recommend. read more

Locksmith's are all over the valley. This family owned business has gone above and beyond for my family. We purchased a new (used) home and the seller provided no keys to any of the exterior doors or deadbolts. They rushed to our aid and quickly identified which ones needed replaced or that could have new cylinders installed, as well they reviewed the other interior doors that had malfunctioning hardware. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and its staff. Job well done. Thanks Lonnie Bush read more

Taylor helped me order a replacement key for my explorer, she was very helpful and followed back up with me when the key came in. Only took 15 minutes after arriving at their shop for them to finish programming and have my car ready. Very professional and reasonably priced! read more

Great! Fast, less expensive. I gave their card to store I was stuck at for future customers.

If I could give the Lock Shop more than 5 stars I would! You know a business is great when you sign up for yelp just so you can leave them a review. They are an incredible local, family owned shop that offers great work and unbeatable customer service. After moving into our new house, we hired them to rekey the doors. They came to us and had the doors rekeyed quickly and without any trouble. Afterwards we were telling them that we were wanting to get new knobs and hinges for the bedroom doors. Fortunately for us, we were able to purchase the new hardware from them and they even came back to the house to do the installation. If you are trying to find a great locksmith look no further. You wont find a better locksmith business than the Lock Shop. Thank you very much Howards! read more

Awesome customer service. Scheduled the appointment and the technician Stephen showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and took great care in doing a nine lock re-key for us. These guys are awesome, came out same day to rekey all our office locks. They made us several copies and made sure they all worked. Very professional family owned business and I just loved their customer service. They really go out of their way. We screwed up and my assistant left the wrong key for me and when I called at 5 am they were ready to help me out. Couldn't believe they answered that early so they handle emergencies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND theses guys. read more

Well, they sure did get me in.. My lock doesn't work anymore. Also, the price I paid was more than I was quoted before hand.

I recently locked myself out of my house (don't ask). I called several places on Yelp to get some assistance and every business was too busy or didn't answer their phone. I then noticed the ad on Yelp for The Lock Shop so I called hoping I wouldn't get the run around like the other places I called. To my surprise, a very pleasant lady answered promptly and got Jeff dispatched to my house right away. Even though she said he would be there in 30 minutes, he was there in less than 15 minutes. Jeff was professional, friendly, and just my kind of personality that makes me want to support this business 100%. I also received a follow-up call from Taylor and a 10% discount and thank you letter in the mail. The Lock Shop is great and I will definitely use them again for keys, lock outs, etc. read more

They quoted me a 30-45 minute wait time but the Locksmith arrived even sooner than that. I think it was only about 20 minutes. Jody was fast & friendly and he went above & beyond just helping me with being locked out, he also helped me with a domestic issue that occurred while he was there. Besides being a great locksmith, Jody ended up also being a life saver. Forever grateful for good people who do the right thing even when it involves a complete stranger. I would definitely recommend using this company. read more

Had a strange issue with a remote I bought on eBay with one button not working, they did some investigative work and found out that my car was sold as a 2003 but is in fact effectively a 2002 so I unknowingly bought the wrong remote. Helpful, clear quote, great service, great follow up. Couldnt ask for more. Thank you
