Got a new gun safe for the office and it turned out to be a good safe. Yes, nothing special just a standard gun safe. But, here's the difference; the delivery was excellent!! I ordered a Safe online and it said that it would be a few weeks before it could be delivered, much to my surprise I was contacted within a couple of days and told that they actually had one in stock in Chandler and that they could have it transferred to the Peoria location which was close to me. He informed me of the warrantees and everything I needed to make my decision. It got her yesterday and the installer Jordan was absolutely fantastic. He took extra steps to make sure nothing in my house Or the safe were damaged. He did an excellent job of installing it and was very quick about it. Then he took the time to make sure I understood how to operate the lot how do I adjust the shelves who to contact if I had a problem and anything else that I needed to know. Moreover, Jason's product knowledge was light years ahead of those guys at the big box stores. Can't say enough good about Jason; he's honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Let's face it, a gun safe is a big investment. Jason explained why it is a necessary investment, and did it without the sales hype. He has done installs on most of the large safes in the showroom, and has serviced them as well.
