I came into the store looking for a smaller safe for a condo and didn't want to buy some cheaper big box brand safe. This store doesn't stock these smaller safe but as soon as I gave them the dimensions they already had suggestions. For an inexperienced safe person they made safe shopping extremely easy. Not only was the customer service excellent but the quality of the safe was beyond what I was expecting. They got here a half hour early, I wasn't quite ready, and they cheerfully sat in the truck for 20 minutes while I got my stuff together. When firming up the order, they asked me what side I wanted the door hinge on. Duh? I would not have thought to ask. I wanted it opposite where it might have been. Glad they asked? I was in a quandary about the internal safe configuration, and Jesse, unknown and at no cost to me, ordered for me an extra, different configuration shelf that will allow for future expansion. Nice enough guys but unreliable and false promises. My father bought a $2,800 safe from them and he died about a year later. Figuring they must be a great company because my father used them, I decided to contact them to arrange the removal of the safe and shipping to my place. Well... months later, it arrived and they did a terrible job of preparing it for shipping. The pristine polished metal handles were just thrown in the bottom of the safe. Of course, they arrived scarred and damaged. Fast forward another two months, the owner still hasn't sent the new handles and now he just ignores my messages and won't take my calls. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If you don't care about customer service or follow up then go for it. read more

Just had Jesse and son move two safes. One 850 the other 1450 lbs. Both first floor to first floor. One 60x30x28, the other 60x48x28. Door to new room was 29.25 wide and a 90 degree turn to get to the door with the hall being turned in was 43 wide. A big challenge in our opinion. If you need a safe moved, Safe City is your place. We just moved out of a basement home. I had hired movers who knew I had a safe in a basement to be moved. On the morning of our move into a new house, the moving crew refused to move our safe. We were now in a time crunch to get the safe out of our old house. My brother recommended Safe City. I called them and explained the situation. Not only were they able to do it, they came out the next day to do so. Three men (compared to the 4 the movers sent) arrived within the time frame set.
