This is what my driveway looked like a month or so after install. Has only gotten worse. Obviously they sold me a product that was not suited for my needs. I contacted them about for information or a remedy to this problem, and they did not reply. So my new $10k+ driveway (including install) looks like garbage, and they don't care. I've tried resealing, power cleaning, nothing works. I will have to redo the entire thing, unfortunately.

Rebecca offered to help me find what I was looking for. Pointed out what sizes we would want to use. The builder didn't mention that. All things happen for a reason. Wanted to share a great experience with this company. I inherited a large rifle safe and had it…read moreshipped to a storage location near my home. Once there I started hunting for someone that could move it to my home. Everyone I talked to either was not interested in the job or seemed to think they could do it with a couple of furniture dollies and a hand truck. The safe is 28x56x72 and weights 1700lbs. When I found 1-800-4A-Gunsafe and talked to Shane I felt like maybe someone really had the experience with safes this size and weight and could do the job. I still had a fair amount of anxiety on the day of the move as there was lots that could go wrong. When Jax and Johnathan showed up they were punctual, respectful and as I found out, very well skilled and experienced. Professionals all the way. Where I wanted the safe was a pain in the *** to place. Only a few inches of excess space on the sides and had to step up over the sill while making a turn to get it into the room. My experience with this Door and Trim Store was exhausting. It was so many issues with them. It's…read morehard to figure out where to start. They sell you products that their not familiar with, and will not replace anything after the fact. If you order anything from the store, make sure you double check it when you get it before you install it because they take no responsibility or fault for missing items on products. The doors were good, but the biggest issue I had was with their pocket door and barn door. I asked them about a pocket door that would extend across a certain size opening. They said they had two panel pocket doors, which I thought was a great idea. Well, the pocket door came without some hardware, and after 2-3 trips back to the store, we kept receiving the incorrect hardware, and we ended up paying for this incorrect hardware because they would not give it to us as part of the purchase. In order to make a long story short, the installer they requested, kept reminding us that we did not have all the hardware for the install. Currently, I have a two pane pocket door that is not secure. You need two hands to extend it out, and you can look in behind it and see all the dust and debris from the installation. They provided nothing that would shield you from seeing inside of the pocket door when it was open. Use them if you like, but just be aware that there are no refunds, and double check that you have all your hardware and pieces for any type of installation. We even ordered a barn door that was missing some screws for installation.
