We are so happy to have chosen The Lock Shop to service our new home! From requesting a quote to completing the job, The Lock Shop team was courteous, thorough, and provides service at a great price. We ended up needing a couple deadbolts and they were kind enough to go to Lowe's up the street from our home to pick them up and install them as part of the job. In total we had something like 8-10 locks that needed to be re-keyed, plus 3 garage remotes paired, and a garage key pad re-set to a new pin. Everything was complete in about an hour! He had us test all the keys, remotes, and new pin before requesting payment, and even showed us the somewhat scary DIY job the previous owners had done on a couple of the locks (zip-ties!). I would highly recommend The Lock Shop for anyone's future needs. read more

Fabulous place Great service great support! Keyless entry so needed and great service

I went in with a brand new key fob and left with a broken one. Informed cashier that the key release on key fob was broken and she replied "that's how it was". I was expecting more- 1. Own the fact that you broke the key release on my key fob. 2. At least offer an apology and a discount for your error. 3. Offer to order me a new one. I paid full price for their service and left with a broken key fob. Very disappointed, this is not how I do business. Word of advice: take a picture of your key fob before you hand it over. read more

Exceeded my expectations! I lost a key fob to my jeep and ordered replacements on Amazon. These guys came to me, showed up on time, communicated well and copied/programmed my key for a very nice price. They did just what they said they were going to do and did it for the price that i was quoted. Very professional. Big thanks to Steve, who helped me today. Super nice guy and did a great job. First, I telephoned after 3 PM and spoke to Taylor. She made me feel secure and the pricing she gave felt honest, as well as excellent. It is a family owned business and so her brother, Jeff, came to my home. And...it was the same day, about 20 minutes later! Unheard of!!! I was so happy with the excellent work Jeff did, very thorough, very kind, very personable, just an overall excellent experience! I would refer The Lock Shop, Jeff, to anyone who needs any type of locksmith work completed. He is very knowledgeable, kind and efficient!!! I am very grateful I phoned The Lock Shop! After I had phoned another business and felt as though I was being lied to :( THANK YOU - The LOCK SHOP, Taylor and Jeff, for a wonderful experience to a stressful situation - YOU BOTH ROCK! HUGE THANKS!!!! Candy read more

Yelp reviews don't lie. Lost my car keys along with my house key. Found "The Lock Shop" through Yelp & glad I did. Spoke with Taylor to start & was told they could help. Taylor was very knowledgeable & courteous which put me at ease & gave me confidence I called the right place. Steve came by that afternoon & re-keyed my locks. Also reprogrammed my car & cut an extra key. I thought I was gonna have to go to Toyota directly. I had never been in this situation but Steve reassured me on everything. Thanks to both Taylor & Steve for taking great care of the situation. read more

I was in a desperate situation - locked out of my car and late for work. I called three other locksmiths - one of whom didn't even answer, and the other two took messages and said they would call back. The Lock Shop answered immediately, put me on hold to see where their technician was, and since he was nearby, sent him immediately to help me. I thought the price was a bit high, but I greatly appreciate their prompt response. I am recommending them to everyone I know. read more

These lovely and professional folks were the best ever. My friend died and her religious sisters came from minnesota to help me clean up the house. the deadbolt was broken and they were afraid to sleep in the house. Lock Shop came right over and repaired it for very reasonable price and the Sisters slept peacefully and safely the rest of their stay. It was quite late in the afternoon when I realized I lost my key. I had been highly recommended to The Lock Shop but figured it was too late to have someone come to issue me new keys for the new thingee they had changed for me. At least I now knew if my lost keys were found, they wouldn't work on my old thingee ever again!!! Taylor handled my call and questions so, so kindly and pleasantly, and she advised that Stephen would be out to service my needs within 30 minutes...AND HE WAS!!!!!! He arrived smiling and friendly and proceeded to do his job quite skillfully. He quoted the same price Taylor had advised me. I did thank him profusely with great sincerity for coming to help us on a Saturday evening . It was a complete pleasure working with both Taylor and Stephen. All's well... that ends well!!! Thanx Guys. read more

Excellent family owned locksmith shop. I needed a decent little safe. Taylor was very helpful in answering questions and they had exactly what I needed. It was expertly delivered and installed the next day by the owner and his son-in-law (I think) at a fair price and within the window of time promised ... along with personal instructions. Update: Needed to have five locks rekeyed. Because I had experienced great service from Jeff at The Lock Shop this past summer, wanted to give them repeat business. Dropped over to see the folks over @ The Lock Shop and spoke to Cathy and Taylor. They were able to get me scheduled the same day which was great! Jody was the tech who came over and did a great job. I e-mailed Jeff at the lock shop, I had two Dodge key with the fob attached needing to be cut and programed. Jeff quoted me a very fair price for both keys to be cut and programed. The local Dodge dealer wanted about 20 dollars more. Jeff even gives a Military discount of 10%. Jeff's wife and daughter completed the cutting and programing of both keys within 15 minute with an out the door price that I could take my wife out to dinner with the savings. I did call one other key shop ACME I think it is called wanted 2 dollars per side to cut plus the programing. They wanted more then the Dodge dealer wanted. Jeff is a very fair person and his family provided a great service. Thank you The Lock Shop!!!!! read more

Needed a spare key which I provided, for my vehicle cut and programmed. They were able to get me in, no appointment necessary, had the new remote programmed without a hitch, new blank cut, and were done in under 10 minutes. It took me longer to drive from my house then it took them to get all of it done. The price was the best in the valley as I called around, got quotes and did my homework. Would definitely recommend The Lock Shop to friends and family and should the need arise, call them again. read more
