We purchased a safe from Alex, bcuz of a sob story about his wife having cancer and he'll have to close up shop because he couldn't do it with out her. So we took this large rifle safe off him. It wasn't cheap couple thousand +. He's the world biggest liar, he came to my house to change locks out and what a rip off! Then he tells me he was liquidating his safes, so he could move to a cheaper location. Now his lies will give him what he richly deserves, karma baby, called him several times about the safe having some issues. He won't even return the calls, because we caught him in a huge lie! Karma will do you in! You deserve all that's coming your way. His service fee just to show up is $85 and to rekey was $50 what a low life! No wonder his own kid won't even work with him. Will never use him again when there's better service out there that doesn't come with a bunch of lies and tears!!! read more

Went to the business during the posted hours and no one was there. Called the after hours number and spoke with the owner. He told me he would not be in for several hours. When I told him I had called previously to find out there hours and was told they open at 9AM. I was there at 9:45. He told me it was beyond his control that no one was there. I told him it was poor business to not be there during his posted hours considering I had just driven about 15 miles to get there. He then hung up on me. read more
