BE AWARE!!! The bartender named Carlee (Alaska girl) is someone to be careful with. She will either be super friendly one day and the next one she'll be your biggest nightmare. She will ignore you, make faces, flip you off if she is not on camera view. She's like a box of chocolates.... You never know what version of her you're going to get. We used to love going there but due to her lack of customer service and lack of respect we will NEVER be going back there again. Which is a shame because the place itself and the other people working there are pretty friendly and welcoming. She's been previously reported to her manager (Carrie Anne) who told us she wasn't going to display any more negative behaviors... Carlee refused service to us. I asked why and her response was "simply because I can and didnt need to give me an explanation" Let me mentioned we were there yesterday and had NO problem whatsoever. We actually had a great time. Great place to grab a drink!! The bartender (Keri Ann) was mixing up some of the most delicious margaritas I've had! The call it shots were great, a nice selection of booze to choose from. I went with a friend last night- it's the closest bar open late near the movie theaters- and had a great time. Yes, it's a bit divey in atmosphere. It's a small brain Sparks, after all. The bartender was really welcoming and capable, and all the patrons were friendly. After a little joking around , they left us alone to talk. A really welcoming atmosphere. Service here is nice, at least on a slower night. Bartender was friendly and welcoming, prices are decent and parking easy as all hell. They have really nice carpeting. This seems inconsequential but you can tell a lot about a place from it's flooring. No burns, spills or scuffs, so safe to assume the patrons tend not to be shitheads, which is always nice. The people playing pool were polite and not interfering with me grabbing a drink. The cocktails were spectacular and I couldn't decide, the bar tender shot me in the right direction and I might have found my new favorite drink.
