Great breakfast, great service and the best biscuits around! Did the breakfast plater which was more than enough and the bacon omelette must had a pound of bacon in it!!!

I had chicken pad Thai, very tasty although a little mild. We'll get medium spice next time.

My guy and I decided to stop in at a Pizza joint in Trenton, FL…read more Fratello's is small, not a lot of seats on the inside, but thats ok, they seem to be doing a hell of a take out business. We arrived on Friday evening, found a parking spot, and went inside. The place smells AMAZING! You can smell the garlic and love. We were seated, ordered garlic knots and our mains, he ordered a seafood pasta dish, I had chicken parmesan with alfredo instrad of red sauce. Everything was So good. Id have prefered a little more garlic butter on the knots but the red was delicious. He ate every bite. He used a knot to sop up the sauce. I took much of mine home, i was full on salad and bread. It was absolutely delicious! I will most certainly come back. Ps: Its Fratelli that is the in the Goonies.

We had seen a review of Fratellos on Youtube , friends of mine who have a food review channel…read morealways share the locally owned spots, saw this nice Italian spot on there and added it to my want to try list. We got there after church and it was quiet, sat down right away, was greeted and helped by a young lady. Told her We saw them on Food with the Fellas. She was excited to see what we thought. We ordered the garlic rolls, and 2 pizzas(i knew i would have Lunch for 2 days from this) they pizza was very good , mind you the only other pizza in the area of trenton is a dominos so they are a welcomed sight for locals) If your passing through and want to try some italian food or pizza, give this locally owned restaurant a visit.

Bett's Big T - Fried shrimp platter with a side of fries Smoked ribs meal with collard greens, mac n cheese, and peach cobbler

I've always kinda liked Bett's Big T but also used to have reservations about it. Back circa 2015,…read moreit was pretty run down, looked pretty grim honestly. I guess it began as a truck stop decades ago and then became solely a restaurant. Anyways, they have had a cosmetic refresh, painting the building, adding cute signage including some features explaining Bett's long history, and just made the dining rooms a down-home but clean and inviting place now. This goes a long way: I am all for hole-in-the-wall restaurants but you don't want a place to look dirty, either. Bett's no longer does. It looks comfortable and plain-spoken, honest, and home town now. The food has always been good. You get a menu dinner or daily special--things like chicken fried steak or liver and onions or fried mullet--and a choice of three sides. The sides range from mac-n-cheese and collards to normally a couple homemade desserts: the peach cobbler and strawberry cake both are not to be missed. Portions are generous. Their Friday and Saturday all-you-can-eat seafood dinner is also a real deal and good food. Red velvet cake, caramel cake, and lemon cake are hits too but less frequent in their menu appearances. Ford hook limas sometimes show up too, slowly cooked with bacon or ham and are awesome. The painting and general interior and exterior refresh really went a long ways with me to have greater confidence in Bett's. It's now easily a place I rank with some of the region's best country/Southern cooking restaurants.

This is a hidden gem in plain sight. Growing up my friends and I referred to these places as…read moreAmerican institutions. They're unfortunately a dying breed and when they're gone they'll never be replaced. Bett's Big T has good food and decent service at very reasonable prices. I'm pretty sure most of the food is made from scratch in the kitchen, if it's not then they certainly fooled me.
