Breakfast-forward this new shop is a great exemplification of how simple can be delicious. I was in search of parking for a coffeehouse down the road that didn't offer any free parking near its location (of course, because we're in st. Augustine right?). I came into the parking lot with the intention to walk over but something pulled me in. A quiet shop with free parking and few patrons inside off of king street? I had to be the first to try. I ordered french toast and a dirty chai that both came with a generous amount of sweet sugary and cinnamon goodness. After devouring my breakfast-dessert, I wanted to try something savory: a scrambled with home fries and corn beef hash. Make no mistake, I was already full, but that bowl topped it off perfectly. Leaving me so satiated all I could do was enjoy the music, the other customers and my chai. A successful morning made by supporting a small business with accessible parking. Go here.

Seeing a 4.9 rating honestly made me pretty skeptical becuase usually places that hyped never live up to it. But wow... this one actually did. I'm pretty sure my 5 stars are gonna help push this place to a full 5.0 The design itself is cute but not exactly perfection, and the checkout line process could definetly be smoother during busy times. BUT the food... thats where this place absolutley shines. The Arepas Special with the corn pancakes filled with eggs, avocado and tomatoes was an absolute BEAST. Fresh, flavorful and super satisfying. Then the Avocado Toast with the sweet pumkin pieces just blew the rest of our taste buds out the window. Such a weird combo on paper but somehow worked sooo good. And finishing it all with a Cafe con Leche and a blueberry scone just put the final dot on this breakfast experiance. It honestly didnt feel like "just breakfast" it felt like an experiance you remember later. Big shoutout to Huhny for a human she is! She absolutley knocked it outta the ballpark with recommendations, brought everything fast to the table, and you could really feel the passion and positive energy she delivered Thank you team, we'll 100% be back next time we visit your cool town St. Augustine.

There was a customer with a dog, which someone came over and pet. They stopped petting it and it barked LOUDLY, scaring me. I hurriedly finished my food (which I had found a hair in the potatoes as I was finishing up) because at this point it's obviously not a service dog and was still allowed in a restaurant. As I was leaving it barked again, very loudly. This coupled with some of the conversations I heard while eating has sealed the decision to not return. Still on the hunt for a peaceful place where I can enjoy a meal.

First of all, if you love craft beer, video games/pinball - this place is for you! BUT also.... Grilled Cheese!!!! WOW, literally the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Walking in, the place was packed and you can tell that people loved to hang out there. The bar was easy to access and we were able to get beers pretty quickly. The bartender was super nice and friendly. We got our beers and explored the games. We played a little bit of pinball and basketball. We came back to the bar and were able to sit and order a couple more beers, and of course - try one of their grilled cheeses. They had SO many different combinations. They had an option to create your own but there was no way I'd be able to create something that they hadn't already. We landed on the Philly Grilly..... it was FANTASTIC!!!! The next day when we came back... we just had to order it again lol!! It's on sourdough and it was nice and soft, plenty of meat and cheese inside... and it comes with a bag of potato chips.
