I believe we ordered the USDA Prime Strip Steak and the Bone-in Dry Aged Ribeye with the Bearnaise sauce, but I feel like you can't go wrong with any of the steaks on their menu when it's cooked with such precision. Per his recommendation, we ordered the St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail with their spicy, signature cocktail sauce and the Crème Corn Brulee. For starters, the Crème Corn Brulee was unlike anything we've ever tried. The crunchy, caramelized top coat and sweetness of the corn went so well with our savory steaks. It's an absolute MUST-TRY!!! But back to the St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail. WHY would you not warn people that the spicy signature sauce consists of freshly grated horseradish? We took the biggest freaking bite of the shrimp with a heaping amount of sauce and just about died. I didn't know what to do with myself in that moment. My eyes were watering and my nasal passages felt like they were burning off. The saltine crackers definitely helped, but I was questioning every life decision in that moment. If you are a first-timer, PLEASE order the sauce on the side. DON'T BE LIKE ME AND GO IN BLINDLY FOR A LARGE BITE! There should be a warning label on the menu lol. We should have left then but were there for a watch party. So we ended up reordering and paying again for the missing drink. We moved to a different area of the bar and still experienced subpar service. Nearly every staff member in this place had the look on their faces like everyone was an inconvenience to them. Not one smile. Very limited interaction. And overall, extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend! Cherry on top: when you pay, they have the unmitigated gall to have the tip increments go from 22-30%. Not a one person who "served" us worked to deserve a tip of that magnitude. And I'm saying this as a very generous tipper! Never again....which I'm sure they don't mind since it's clear they don't care.
