It's a small touch that makes the experience even better. If you order the wings, don't skip the signature sauce. We've become huge fans of it, and it's one of the reasons we keep coming back. First bite had that crunch, then the heat kicked in right after. Not overwhelming, just enough to wake everything up. There's a little sweetness in there too that balances it out, so it doesn't hit too hard. The slaw cools it down, adds a little tang, and the pickles bring that sharp bite that cuts through everything. The bun holds it all together without getting in the way. Messy in a good way. Every bite was packed. Honestly, just a solid sandwich all around.

All 3 times I have been to Danny Boy, it seems the place is being run by 1-3 workers, which makes for very slow ordering and wait times. This day, 2 tables left before ordering drinks due to the long wait. Overall, Danny Boy is a great place to stop for an evening drink to catch up with friends. If you've never been, you order at the counter, get a buzzer, and when your food is ready they provide plates and utensils and walk the pizza back to your table with you. There was a torrential downpour about two bites into my pizza, so we quickly moved under the covered patio. They also had live music, which added to the laid-back vibe. I'll definitely be back!
