I've been renting a unit there for a few years and both these individuals went the extra mile to help me with some past issues with my account there, and then helping making a change to a more cost-effective unit, assisted me in understanding the options, and walking thru with me to show me the various units available to make the best choice. They put so much time in assisting me, always with kindness, respect and genuinely deaireto provide the best customer service possible. We chose this location out of convenience and affordability. Unfortunately, the price should have tipped us off that the facilities weren't good. When we went to get our things out, there were rodent droppings EVERYWHERE and IN EVERYTHING. Luckily, there were no live or dead animals that we came across or I would have just given up entirely. We lost some precious memory items and several items of value which were destroyed or could not have been easily sanitized. It was gross, I felt so nasty after we cleared it out and I was gagging. Now we are stuck having to clean and sanitize what we could salvage and with the cost of replacing the damaged items. To top it off, you aren't allowed to throw things away. The dumpster is locked. A lot of people put their trash around the dumpster because of this so I'm sure the mice have a field day with that, too. Obviously, I'm upset but I don't think I have any protections in this case. Don't use this place. It's not worth the headache, loss, and health hazards to save some money.

I scheduled and paid for three movers. Four arrived, but during the move, multiple crew members were vomiting and were unable to work effectively. I was genuinely concerned about their health and safety, as well as having someone actively vomiting in or around my new home. The move took significantly longer than expected, communication was poor, and at the end of the day I was left with furniture that was not reassembled, items still wrapped, belongings left in my garage, and a recliner literally split between two floors of my home with exposed metal. What has made this experience even worse is the response afterward. I contacted the company repeatedly asking them to come back and FINISH THE JOB I ALREADY PAID FOR. I was promised updates that never came, and as of today, it has been 13 DAYS since my move and I am still dealing with an unfinished job. Their website talks about handling "every step of the journey" with care and reliability and making your move easier. My experience has been the exact opposite. I have spent nearly two weeks following up, rearranging my schedule, living around unfinished furniture, and trying to get a resolution for a service I already paid for. This was not simply a damaged-item complaint or a minor inconvenience. The service itself was incomplete. I trusted this company because I had previously had a positive experience with them. Unfortunately, after this move and the way my concerns have been handled afterward, I would not use them again. I am still requesting that All My Sons appropriately resolve this situation and compensate me for the incomplete service, loss of use of my furniture, time spent dealing with this issue, and the significant stress and disruption this has caused.

Manager wanted to charge me for the full month and then told me that the calls are recorded almost as a threat if I didn't pay it, and didn't notify me that the call was being recorded prior to our conversation, but after I was upset about paying $100 for one day.
