The employees did help me move all my stuff from one unit to another but that was all that's was done. I was never reimbursed for my damage items. The person was never held responsible for his leak. Due to legal reasons I was never even able to get the persons information. I had renters insurance but it did not include oil spills so I lost all my damage items without replacement.
