First time here and I loved it, I bought for plates 2 kids and 2 large and my kids absolutely loved picking out there veggies and noodles. it was more food than we could finish but now we have left overs and full tummy's. The service was great, it did get pretty loud but overall it was great read more

Great food! Only way it can be messed up is if you yourself didn't make a good mixture lol wait time is never to long. Good price. Good and open environment. My daughter LOVES their noodles lol read more

The food is pretty good but I felt that some of the staff were not treated well. The woman who is in charge just barks orders at the staff.

The set up is like other Mongolian grills but they put the noodles at the end of the line with vegetables first. I like this because with the other way around you end up having your add one slide off the top of the noodles. I also like that they have a variety of noodles, spicy, and non spicy instead of just two choices. Friendly staff and atmosphere and the food quality is good. I would have gave it 5 stars but the amount of rice that is served is small and if you ask for more which would make it a normal amount, they want to charge extra. They also limit you to one refill on fountain soda. I usually don't drink soda but it seems penny pinching can't considering what it costs a business to buy fountain soda. All in all, I'll be back because of choices and quality of food. Hope this helps you in your decision to come here. read more

Always good food! Only time you'll ever get bad food from them is if you make it bad yourself since you season and portion your own food anyways lol. My 5 year old daughter is obsessed as well! read more

Been coming here for decades. I love that they have a tofu option. Its a family owned business, we love it here:)

Great food great service little speedy for the family but we have a big family but definitely will be going back.

Literally my favorite restaurant always has been for years! Staff is amazing and so sweet and I always leave satisfied. This is my go to place and I always recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. If your ever in town and looking for a place to eat definitely stop by iron grill! read more

I've seen this place for years and finally tried it, should of tried it sooner. Great customer service, the woman that was working is so nice and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. A great place to go for healthy delicious food at a good price. read more

We love grill style food. Very fast service and fresh selections to choose from. We always get take out as the restaurant is very small with limited seating read more

My husband and I were a little confused when we entered this establishment, the staff barely even glanced in our direction, so it took us a few moments to it all out. We've had Mongolian BBQ many times, so we found the process here different than what we're used to. Select the size bowl you'd like, then fill with your veggie and/or noodle choices, add sauces and cooking oils to your taste. Choose your pre-portioned protein at the end of the bar when the chef takes the bowl to cook it up and then pay the cashier. The veggie selection was adequate, and so were the sauces. I'm used to the meats/seafood being offered on the serve yourself bar. The lack of this option was a major fault. The sauce selection was also adequate, but there was only a choice of olive or sesame for cooking oils. The sesame bowl was empty; and who uses olive oil in Asian style cooking? The staff were adequately civil, but only enough to not considered rude. Overall I would describe this place as only adequate and not the greatest value for what you get. Next time I want Mongolian grill, I'll make the drive to Jasmine in Federal Way . Better food, selection, atmosphere and value. read more

Fair Food But Meager Meat Portions divide out by a person behind the counter if you want more then 1 meat $3 to $5 more each Trip. The All You Can Eat Bowl are als 1 small amount of Meat. Food tasted ok but Limited on Flavors read more

Food is always good, we eat here every time we come up that direction. We always wind up having stuff to take home.

What a fun casual dining experience. Mongolian Grill type cooking, appropriately priced. This is not an upscale place but the food is great and there are enough drink options for everyone. (Beer & wine included.) Individually designed dishes. Four sizes of bowls (price varies) are waiting to be filled by you. Vegetables and noodles are arranged buffet style (plastic glove provided for tongs was a nice touch). Only one size of bowl was lined up on the counter for us when we arrived, but luckily it was the one we all wanted. There is a wide variety of sauces to add to your dish both before and after your food is cooked. Also available are seeds and nuts for garnish, and rice if you want it. There are enough protein options offered that there is something for everyone. Only the staff handles the protein after you tell them what you want. If you don't like the food then it is your fault, because you made the choices. We loved it. The hostess was very welcoming and friendly. read more

Always clean, food is always fresh and delicious. Vicky is wonderful gives the best most friendly service. Every time we come in she is on the ball, being friendly and helpful to everyone. She is delightful and definitely deserves a raise IMO read more

I love this restaurant!!!! The staff are very nice and the food is amazing! The outside seating is in a nice area, you get sun during the day but are not right up next to a main road so it is quiet enough for conversation. Overall I cannot reccomend this place enough!!! read more

No complaints. Walk-in, pick the size of bowl you want and add ingredients. Price is reasonable, establishment is clean, and produce was fresh. We will definitely return. read more

This is by far my favorite restaraunt in Covington!!!!!! The noodles are great, you get to add all your favorite veggies, sauce then add your meat or seafood!!! The prices are very resonable, and if you get a large bowl, you are definately taking leftovers home!!! The owners are always there & are so nice and helpful! Me and my boyfriend & his son go there at least 3 times a week!!!! Try the Iron Grill once, & you will be hooked!!!!! read more

I love this place! It's fantastic! The food is amazing and the customer service is excellent!

Ugh, this place is literally so so good. We come here every few months (if we could we would come here every month...) and get a large bowl of noodles. Not once have the ingredients tasted less than fresh or off in any way. Thy offer all you can eat bowls too, if you're really hungry. I always just get a large bowl, put as much in there as I can, and eat off it for a few days. They also offer you a side of rice. If you're in the area you HAVE to try them out! read more

The experience alone is worth it. Piling on your mix of options into a tower is so fulfilling.

I love being able to customize whatever is in my bowl. Good price for the amount that you get too!

The good was great and very reasonably priced. They have a good selection of ingredients to add to your plate and a variety of sauces and meats to finish your selections. Try the Mongolian sauce. read more

Stumbled upon this place! It's definitely a hole in the wall and rather unassuming. Food was delicious and I want to go back there like right now. read more

Awesome choices staff are awesome I love coming here to grab exactly what I want and go . Enjoying good eats .

This is the favorite place for my husband and I to have a date night. Yummy food everytime and great service!

I go here all the time and it is 110% every time! Food is amazing! Well priced! Plenty for leftovers! And Staff is so nice!

Me and my family love this place! We go for dinner every couple of months. The bowls are big and will definitely fill you up. They are always clean and keep the noodles and veggies stocked, and they are fresh. There are plenty of sauces to choose from as well, same with the meats. They cook the food in a timely matter and everyone is super nice! My only small tiny almost non existent complaint is that it gets kind of cold in there, I feel like I have to be wearing a jacket inside unless it's the middle of summer. We love the Iron Grill and will continue to go there! read more

Great food, obviously you get to choose your portions from different size bowls and then you choose what your favorite food you want in the grill. Great selections, and a lot of sauce variety. Not only that, they are real quick with the grilling time. I basically sat down on the chair, chatted for at most 4-5 minutes and they were ready. Granted, it was pretty busy but still fast. Only downside is actually being called if you are not paying attention. I was hungry so when I heard "Food is ready" I was up and on it. But not for a group that was really into their conversation. I understand it may be loud, but you could tune out the "Food is ready" because of them always saying it every minute. I just thought if they got orders by name. It wouldn't be such a hassle, for the cashier to leave his station to walk to the group and get their attention to let them know that their food is done. Overall, can't complain on my visit. Loved it. read more

Staff always pleasant, super variety of fresh vegetables and noodles to choose from. Using fresh meat ( portion size good) makes meal very appetizing. Price is excellent, always take some home for leftover meal. read more

I'm kind of in love with this place. The set up, the taste and quality of the food, the value, and the awesome service by the mother/daughter owners duo is just awesome. Everything is so fresh, and I love that you get HUGE portions here. Totally worth every penny. Although the selection of protein and veggies is less than some of the chain Mongolian grill restaurants such as Genghis Grill, the quality and freshness absolutely makes up for it. Not only do you get your heaping delicious pile of noodles, veggies, and protein cooked to scrumptious order, but you also get 2 generous scoops of white rice to go with it. I've never gone away from this place hungry and always have leftovers. Staff is small yet very friendly, and everything just has that personal touch feel to it. My kids and I love it here and have been back MANY times. read more

This place is awesome. We went for the first time last week and didn't know if the food would be good or what the staff would be like. We love mongolian grills but hadn't checked this one out. By far the friendliest service we have experienced at any mongolian grill. The food was also delicious, so much so that we went back a few days later. The workers here deserve a lot of credit for how great their customer service is. read more

Clean, Neat, Courteous and Delicious Fresh Food. Staff and Owner were great, options and meal selection and sauces were outstanding. I know I will, again and again. read more

Was looking for a healthy place to eat, that was vegetarian friendly and I have got to say this place is perfect for what I was looking for. Price is amazing, especially considering with how much food you can get and that it has a great selection of food. But, the best part is such a welcoming feeling from the manager/son of the owner. He welcomes everyone with a big smile and loads of enthusiasm. You just feel so welcomed and that by itself is worth going. I go there every week and still excited about going everytime for the good and the good vibes. read more

great nourishment and incredible place yet they rised the costs. also, the arrangements aren't generally bargains. tragic that it changed since last time. simply going to go to jasmine's for more sustenance and arrangements at the cost. read more

I love this place! Good eats! One selects their own ingredients, then is cooked on a hot open grill. Priced right, fresh food, friendly atmosphere, clean and Kid friendly. I have eaten here 20+ times and never a bad meal. read more

Every Mongolian Grill place is different...this is a place I would go first thing to lunch and NOT as a dinner buffet. Conveniently located in the heart of Covington we get to taste this little treasure. A family owned business with its own individuality. What makes this place different: Gluten free noodles, spicy noodles, served free with white rice, and so many different amazing sauces to put on before and after. The only downside I have found is that you don't mix your own meat, but they gather it for you and they are small helpings. I love eating here for lunch since it's so close to work, but I do have other favorites. read more
