First, having a parking lot for customers in Summit is an obvious plus. This restaurant is part of the Harvest Group and it does not disappoint in food and drink options. I love that they have a creative mocktail menu and craft sodas made in house. Their flatbread appetizers and burger entree are must try on their menu.

My second visit at the Taverne, and again it was a super pleasant experience. On a frigid day,the inside felt nice and toasty with two fireplaces (one per floor),which added to the cozy ambiance. Superb service by Daniel and other supporting staff! Me and my friend met up here for brunch, ordering Chicken Cigars as an appetizer (delicious!!),whilst our entrees were Roasted Turkey & Brie sandwich and poached eggs Idaho style. Everything was very flavorful. I know for a fact I will be back!!

Had the Crispy Chicken sandwich that had a good balance of flavors but, the ratio of bread to the insides was off. On top of that, another member of my party party ordered the same thing and their chicken was 4 times the thickness of mine. I would order this again letting them to be aware of the thickness.

The tavern is always a favorite for consistently great service, food and vibes. We enjoyed the pear martini, Sancerre wine, tuna tartare and grain bowl. Everything was yummy! The space inside is super cozy with the fireplace and the enclosed patio is also nice.

Really excellent spot for a dinner night out. Food was really great and the staff were super helpful. What I really enjoyed was the ambiance and vibe of the restaurant! It's a new building and the atmosphere is really cozy and new. Would definitely recommend.

Went here for the first time ,great place, nice environment. I like the tavern style decor. The service was excellent from when I checked in until I left. The waitress was great and gave us some good recommendations from the drinks to the food. The food was delicious, The burrata was our starter and didn't disappoint. Then we had the short ribs and the NY strip steak, haven't had a steak in a long time and this one was perfect with flavor. I definitely will come back and recommend it to anyone.

Thomas took good care of us. Lunch was slammed. White table cloth linen tables. Took 20 minutes for drinks. Longer for apps. The flatbread was fire. Tuna was a miss. My $29 French Dip was good but missing half the serving for the price. The chicken sandwich was dry and flavorless. Came with an equally boring salad. Dessert was good but overpriced for what they serve you. The Manhattan I was first served was just bourbon and a flavorless cherry. The second one was better. Margarita was meh. Espresso martini was very good. Overall was average and costly for lunch. We won't be back.

I do like the food here for sure. I wish sometimes the atmosphere wasn't so stuffy at times and I don't mean the employees. The food is always good and the service is always great. I enjoy coming here and will be back.

Our Second visit to the Huntley Tavern and again it was a good experience. Seated during peak Saturday lunch time, the restaurant was packed. I mention that for perspective on the challenges of serving and feeding multible tables at the same time. The Sesame Crusted Chicken Potstickers were a little bland but the Chili crisp & yuzu ponzu sauce was very good. My Crispy Chicken Sandwich was good and my only critique would be the fries were not hot like they were the first time we eat here. The Marinated Chicken Panini was good but the Mozzarella was not melted and the Baguette was too thick and bready. A ciabatta or focaccia bread with the same ingredients would have made this a staple on future visits. Look forward to eating at the Huntley Tavern again when we are in Summit NJ

Delicious food and cozy restaurant! Service was okay. I had a refreshing fall cocktail with cinnamon & apple flavors. I really enjoyed the Get Figgy With It flatbread pizza. The lobster appetizer was very creamy. I got the potato crusted halibut as my main, which was very filling and flavorful! Desserts were so rich & tasty.

The food and service here are consistently good for business lunch meetings and meeting up with friends in the area. Great menu, attentive staff and the food is all on point. I've had several dishes here, most recently the street noodles with tempura shrimp - really good and their butternut squash soup - really good as well and satisfying on a nice Autumn day. Great salads, sandwiches (try the Cuban) and cool overall space and vibe. Will definitively keep this as a top spot for meeting with friends and business associates!

Had a wonderful dinner, once again at this establishment. Drinks were tasty and flavorful, tuna Tatar starter was delicious, and our entrees were very well prepared. Service is good, solid, and the ambiance is traditional and old school, with white table cloths and candle lights. What stands out like a sore thumb, is the cheesy, cheap paper that covers the table cloths. I get it - you just switch the paper for the next seating... For the prices Huntley is charging, I'd prefer to dine on a table cloth, rather than paper. Yes, I'm that picky. 3 cocktails, 1 sparkling wine, 2 starters, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts: $250.

My nephew who lives nearby treated us to an al fresco meal recently while visiting for a family event. My pulled pork smashed burger was everything you want in a packed meat sandwich, with an onion ring and tangy sauce on the brioche bun. The sweet potato fries and a refreshing mocktail to drink made for a perfect meal. Sweetie ate a pasta bolognese (I think) which looked and ate good, and drowned it with a nice glass of red wine. It was packed on the Friday night we visited, with folks lined up for seating, or to hang at the bar and enjoy the bar scene. No reservations. Our late dinner worked fine as the mostly millennial and Gen-Z crowd started thinning shortly after we arrived. Millburn has always been a draw for neighboring townsfolk in search of a meal out. I remember this foodie town from 25 years ago, when its pizza, kosher and diner offerings were top notch. It seems to have upgraded its food scene several notches since my last visit so many years ago. Pure nostalgia for me which made for a very flavorful evening. TOP TIP: Street parking in this part of town is a hassle and the local cops keep a sharp eye for illegally parked cars and inebriated drivers. So park further away from the center of town where you are more likely to snag a legal spot on a busy night.
