I've been coming here for years, but ironically never left a review. The food and service here are always solid, and today's visit was certainly no exception. I came for lunch and appreciated the fact that they had a lunch menu that includes a complimentary cup of soup. Although it was literally 100 degrees outside, the cream of crab soup was the perfect accompaniment to the entree of chicken fajitas and was quite lovely. The fajitas were sizzling hot when they came to the table, the plate was full of chicken, and the dish tasted fantastic. Also, I had a lychee mocktail which was a delight. The Cobb chicken sandwich was also a huge portion and was reminiscent of the salad but instead had a ciabatta bun. Also, our server, Sierra, was so sweet and attentive. Second time coming here. And it's just as average as I remember it. I originally came during the pandemic (2022). Honestly, the design inside and its staff may be their redeeming qualities. Staff was attentive and even though we were seated in the patio they came to check on us often, clearing plates, offering to get us more food/drinks each time. As soon as you sit down, you're met with chips and salsa (pictured). Chips were ok, the salsa had very little flavor or seasoning. I can only describe it as a watered down Tostitos mild salsa (you know - the salsa in the glass jar). Food was average. Extensive menu, but quality varies across dishes. My partner got a steak and eggs, which was not too bad. They nailed the medium rare temperature. And the chimichurri had a good flavor. My quesadilla was OK, with the salsa toppings and side salad being average tasting. I gave this place two tries, I don't think they get a third one. Unsure if I'd return but if I did perhaps it'd be for happy hour drinks (Monday-Friday 4-6P). read more

The service here is is horrible. I came for happy hour solo and the food was okay but the service could have been better. I sat at the bar my bartender name was Aranzasu Lopez and no greetings or anything I brushed it off, order my food been there for 2 hours no how is everything (I use to work at a restaurant I was a server and a bartender so I know great service when I see one) I also left it alone. Other customers came in and sat at the bar it was the most I've ever heard her spoke. Despite it all I still tipped her a substantial amount and of course not to my surprise no thank you or no have a great day/night. Granted she doesn't owe me anything but it's just common courtesy. The waitress tells us that one person has to pay the whole bill and we the patrons have to separate the bill. This is very inconvenient when you do not know everyone and some people don't tell the truth of what they ordered. My 3rd time at ECHO. We came here last night as a group of 4 to celebrate my partner's birthday. We were able to secure a last minute reservation. The parking lot was packed and it took a few minutes for us to find a spot. I noticed they weren't doing valet parking as they've done in the past. Once we checked in, we had to wait about 15 minutes for our table. It was extremely packed, seems like everyone was celebrating a birthday. I did not enjoy the chips and salsa. My mojito was a little bitter, and the bbq boneless wings were not that great. The food took a while to come out. The layout of the space is nice because there are high tops and bar seating with TVs and then there is a regular dining area for groups and families or if you just simply prefer so it provides a lot of options as it relates to seating. The menu is also pretty expensive from burgers to tacos. Too many different appetizers. It's a good variety fit for nearly anyone and the quality is good. The service was less than great. The server forgot a couple of things wasn't very attentive one of the members of my group was celebrating a birthday, and I directly spoke to the server about doing a happy birthday he acknowledge and said definitely, but then forgot to do it And I didn't want to wait and ask her again. There is plenty of seating, the restaurant itself is huge and very spacious !!! Started off with drinks - Mule, Old fashioned, Espresso martini, Virgin margaritas and more. Id say the drinks were meh, over priced and tasted average. We ordered plenty of food - Shrimp chicken pasta, Funghi pizza, Stir fried rice on pineapple, Steak ( Churrasco ), sea food special dish with shrimp skewers and finished up with Churros and molten lava cake. I'm torn about this one but I rounded up my review. Let's start with we had 5 kids in our party all 3 and under, 3 sets of parents so imagine the chaos. There was enough room for the walking kids to run and stumble. Our table was next to a round seating lounge type area where the kids ended up mingling. Food: Appetizers came out and the meatballs were good, kids enjoyed it. Entrees were a different story. For me i always order something i can share with my kid but this one has egg and nut allergies. I really wanted the salmon entree but the description said "salmon with pistachio butter " so no go. I found the greek salad without nuts and added salmon. Greek salad was fine, kids ate the salmon but you have to be careful of the huge bones left since its 1 piece grilled. My kid ordered a kids menu mac and cheese with ice cream afterwards. This was the winning option because that mac and cheese was 4 servings and no way my kid would finish it. Now the bad food experience happened for my friend who ordered tacos. Do not order tacos all she ate was pieces of fat and she sent it back. Next she ordered a plain margherita pizza. She tried with her kid and he didn't want it. She chose not to take half the pizza home. My husband and friend ordered sandwiches on ciabatta bread which came with fries and these were good. The menu is huge but not all options desirable. As for drinks they have a decent alcohol menu and their sangria looked crazy. However there weren't many non alcoholic options so I settled for a lemonade.
