If you get the guy with the accent, don't even bother request a new tech because that guy doesn't do anything. He doesn't fix shit. more worried about how many customers he can reach then he is on fixing anything. It was not the exact color we had ordered. Management was very helpful in helping us with exchanging it for another couch and love seat. We have visited all four of Neal's sales location. The parts were ordered, and after waiting approximately two weeks, they returned and completed the repair. After the technician left, I started a load of laundry. The dryer began heating up and then shut itself off completely. I contacted Mr. Appliance again and, after some back-and-forth, they scheduled another visit about a week later. The same technician returned, performed another diagnostic, and this time told me the main control board was bad and would be very expensive to replace. At that point, I decided not to invest any more money into the dryer since replacing the board would cost nearly as much as purchasing a new appliance. What concerns me is that I paid for parts and repairs that ultimately did not solve the problem. If the main board was the actual issue, I would have expected that to be identified during the initial diagnosis before spending money on other repairs. I contacted the office and politely requested consideration for a partial refund. I was not asking for a full refund, only some acknowledgment that the original repair did not resolve the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they would check availability and then the call was ended. The most disappointing part of this experience was not the failed repair--it was the lack of customer service afterward. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Best Service Ever. I found this company here when my Mothers Washing Machine broke down. My mother…read moreis 88 years old and is on a limited income. I filled out a form online to schedule service which was the first thing that attracted them to me because i had already made several calls to other repair companies and they either didnt answer or they told me they couldnt help for several days or they were just too expensive to get them to come out. Jorken Services replied to me within 10 minutes of me filling out the form online. I had explained my mothers situation to them in my original request telling them about my mothers financial state and the urgency of the call. I first recieved an email from them saying that a technician had already been assigned and would be calling me shortly. Before I even finished reading the email, the technician was calling me. He already knew what was needed and said that he was told to do his best to keep costs to a minimum. I had originally set it up when I filled out the formfor the following monday but he was willing to come straight out. All up it was less than an hour between my initial email to them and the time the technician arrived at my Mothers house. He took a look at it, told my mother that it was nothing serious and that he could fix it on the spot for just the service call charge. He had the machine fixed in a jiffy and then even changed out the filters in her furnace for my mother as well. He then sat down with my mother and explained to her all he had done and gave her information and tips on her oven and even tightened up a fitting on her disposal under the sink that had been leaking for ever. All this and all he charged was a minimal service call. This company is a credit to its industry where so many now just seem to want to rip the elderly off this company bought a little sunshine back into my mothers day as well as giving me a feeling of comfort that if my mother had any other issues with her appliances or her heater or ac that I can now call someone that knows how to treat people.
