I do have a complaint on a recent transaction in which my CC receipt total and the CC statement for that transaction are not the same. I called the store and someone returned the call. I understood very little of the conversation, but of course the difference was a 3% cc fee. Okay, but why was I not told that at time of checkout? And why was it not included at time of check out vs changed after checkout.

We settled on one midsize chiminea, and Eric volunteered to add a varnish at no extra cost to make it look better at last longer. Before I left, they gave me a bag of Pinion pine firewood, as well as a package of fire starter no extra cost. Not too many businesses these days, give you the extras that make the purchase so worthwhile. Eric also took the time to show me around his business, and I was very impressed with the amount of firewood available in the back as well as all the decorative items in the store. I highly recommend these folks as they are new owners of this business and are going out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely be back.

The staff was great and tried to troubleshoot our issue to no avail and suggested that we order a new unit and see if it will power up before doing any extensive repair. I appreciate suggestions like that. He could have just said the unit is dead, replaced it and charged me more money. I purchased a replacement radio and it didn't work either, so I knew it was something else. I made an appointment for them to correct the problem. They stated their hourly rate and I agreed to the repair. I received a call less than an hour later saying they found the problem and had it fixed. When I went back to the shop to pick the motorhome up, I found out they only charged me for less than their hourly minimum. That's awesome customer service. When I'm ready to have any audio upgrades on any of my vehicles, this will be my go to place.
