They have no idea when or if it will be in. She has called each month to check in, and Kevin told her she is harassing them. What a joke. They have her money! He threatened to cancel her order. My mother-in-law is one of the sweetest people I know- seriously. She's honest and fair. For Kevin to treat her like this is unacceptable and frankly, embarrassing for him. Save yourself a ton of trouble. Don't shop here.

I went home and measured and came back maybe an hour later to buy. I got to the counter. The manager looks at me and says they were wrong, it wasn't in stock and it would be 4-6 weeks and he just walks off. Kind of rude, but these things happen. I said I'd like to proceed with the purchase as I'm not in a hurry. Then they tell me that they can't apply the discount and my sales rep was wrong. I said that this was bs went to my car and then went back in to take a picture of the couch. The rep ran over to me to tell me that they would honor the 17% off if I purchased right now. I told him I already heard that once today and just left. Very shady way to do business.

    The selection was not great! Originally, we were waiting for the Norman set until I received an…read moreemail saying it was delayed by an additional two months. We canceled that order, found another table in the store by accident because it wasn't in the dining room section and decided that we would take it. From the sale and payment point was a not so good experience. Our purchase was almost charged to some other person whose credit information was still on the screen or he was looking at some different paperwork. Then we were told we would have a delivery on Wednesday; until we had a delivery date email stating that we were showing as a pick up. That was taken care of which now pushed delivery to Friday. Then thankfully they confirmed our delivery address because it showed that we still lived in Texas. All that information was given at the time we were going to purchase the Norman set. But it may be because we had to now apply for credit through Wells Fargo because they no longer accepted the Synchrony. This just wasn't a smooth experience. As far as the value of what we purchased better be worth it because it was 2 times more than what we wanted to spend. We finally have our furniture on April 17 after a whole month of delays and incorrect information.

    Furniture shopping was finally enjoyable! Very friendly and helpful but never pushy or feeling…read morelike being stalked. When you walk in the door it was like being greeted by friends. Delivery was fast and very efficient. I will be shopping there next time I need furnishings.

He was EXTREMELY…read moreknowledgeable on the mattresses offered & was able to guide us to the correct mattresses that would help & great pricing options low to high depending on our finances. :) Robert Patterson helped us find a new King bed frame to accommodate the larger mattress we decided to purchase. :) He was very sweet & patient while I compared 2 favorites. :) The lady that helped us complete payment & delivery setup was very nice as well.     BUYER BEWARE!! Mathis Brothers will not refund bed pillows once the plastic is removed. There sales…read morereceipt states that for pillows and mattresses. And it is true. We spent $6K+ on Purple mattresses and Purple pillows. One mattress had stitching coming loose and the Dreamlayer pillow ($150 pillow)was so moldy it stunk up the whole house. We tried airing it out for several weeks, it still stunk to high heaven. When I returned it they said it had to be in the original packaging, unopened. If you can smell through the plastic packaging, you're better than I am. They are going to replace the mattress, but it could have been SOL on the mattress also. We have spent thousands of dollars there and are very disappointed in present the customer service. Perhaps it's time for a change. Nice thing about being old and a patriarch, I can relay this to my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
