I took my John Deer zero turn to them, and paid the $50.00 inspection. P&K indicated the Left Transmission needed replace and quoted $1574.42 to replace it. I declined the service and took my mower home. I began work for what if assumed would be a transmission swamp, the first thing I noticed was a broken belt. I replaced the broken drive belt with ($50.00 part) and now my zero turn runs fine again. I no longer trust their repair department and won't be back. read more

I have been a JD customer for 14yrs and the quality of technical support has went to the crapper out of Owasso and Pryor. I called asking a technical question about a 4720 compact and was told that I could not get information but they could schedule to come look at the machine. Multiple bad dealing in the last few years are driving me to switch to Massey Ferguson. I have a dozen JD tractors and or implements and will not be making anymore purchases due to them not wanting to help keep the AG machines going unless your willing to pay. read more

Totally ignored us at the farm show this year. They preferred to stand around and talk to each other than us. Finally and I do mean finally- the older guy spoke to us and he was a dick. Very condescending. We were at the show to make a purchase decision. The older bald actually asked us if we were finished looking at the tractor yet. Well since you asked so nicely, yes we are. Ha! I took my gator into them for repairs to the motor. They called back to say the motor was junk. They wanted to know if I wanted them to get rid of it for me. They said they have a junk buyer. Well it has brand new tires, new shocks and more. When we went to pick it up the mechanics said they had not finished the the diagnostics of the motor. And when I try to call back to the service department I was on hold forever it seems. Poor service and questionable tactics. not impressed one bit. read more

Very helpful. Was able to get my lawn mower all setup when I needed it quickly. I would recommend them over your typical Lowe's and Depot. I just felt like I had true customer service when I needed it. read more

Our mower was at their place of business to be repaired, and was stolen. All we've gotten from them is they don't have insurance to cover it, apparently we're out a mower and they don't feel they have any responsibility. This is an extremely poor way of doing business, I'll be leaving reviews everywhere. read more

Took my X 500 riding mower to P&K in Owasso Ok. for service. When I called 8 days later to check on it was told it would be ready in the afternoon. When I picked it up it was covered in dirt was told it had been washed? In checking mower once I got it home found nothing had been greased could not determine if blades had been sharpened. It appears the oil and filter were changed and that is all. $200 bucks for a oil change. Del B. read more

They were very slow fixing my Stihl equipment and then when I got it back it still would not run. I would not recommend this place.

I had multiple surgeries that kept me from driving in the last 6-8 months. I bought an item and had a paid receipt showing I paid for it. I hadn't picked up the item yet. I went in there to get it once being able to drive and they refused to give the item to me or refund my money even with a paid receipt. There policy states after 90 days the item because theirs. I think as a good reputable company that they would try to have some understanding from a person that hasn't even been able to drive to pick up an item that I even had a paid receipt for. I would have been have ordered an item and never paid but didn't pick it up for eight months they would have just reordered it for me. Honda understood and allowed me to exchange an item they sold me 8 months before for the correct item. It had not been opened and they understood that I couldn't use my hand to drive in all those months and what I had went through. I will never do business again with this company!! Any company that has no heart and enforces policies down to the day with no give and take is not a company I would do business with again!! In my mind they stole that money and got to keep the item to resell to anyone else making double profit off my misery!! I plan on putting this on every site I can get my hands on. U would think a small town company would be wanting to keeping there customers. I mean it was not like a $500 item. Just a small $30 item for a Stihl weed eater. Don't go here folks!! read more
