    horrible place to go...very rude people...they keep giving me the run around..and wouldnt stop with the high pressure games

    I bought my riding lawn mower from them in 2018 a Cub Cadet. The lawn mower has been great until…read morenow. So I took it in for service. They had it for a month and said all was wrong with it was the carburetor. I paid $250.00 and took it home. I mowed For about 15 or 20 minutes and it got hot and quit. I called Pro Power to tell them and was on hold for 30 minutes. I finally just drove up there. I talked to the owner Glenn and he assured me he would get the mower in and get it fixed. They had the mower for 2 weeks and hadn't even started working on it. I went and got the mower and I told them I was taking it somewhere else. they were rude and would hardly speak. No customer service at all. Will not be back

    I dropped off a mower to get the blade sharpened and the associate stated they would have it by the…read moreend of the week. Fast forward four weeks later and it still had not been completed and no one had reached out regarding the delay. Came by a month and a week later and was told it would it would be sharpened next that day. I had to leave the store and said I would come back the next day. Turns out the mechanic had some personal problem the moment I left the store. Now, I'm an understanding person and know that things happen. All they had to do was give a call to let me know. I show up to today and was given a number of excuses as to why it wasn't sharpened yet. The mechanic tried to argue with me about why it wasn't completed when I decided to just take the mower back. Half-hearted apologies fell short, guys. Just basic customer service would have easily solved the issue.
