Longtime fan of Tractor Bob's! I purchased a new tractor along with many implements. I have used the parts department and service and all were excellent. So why did I change my 5 stars to 2 stars? After a pleasant call and working out a deal on the phone, I loaded up my trailer to pick up my purchase. Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer..... I'll include my original review from my previous visits below. Awesome Yanmar dealer. Carries Husqvarna too. Just used the service department. Just as awesome as Sales and Parts. The folks at Tractor Bob's are very friendly and really know about the equipment they sell. Bought a Bad Boy mower and very pleased with it. They sell Yanmar equipment which I find to be very very good. Wish I had bought one or both of my tractors there, but if I buy any others this is the first place I will go. read more

First off; Kristie is aces. Highly knowledgeable and professional. The equipment speaks for itself, but Kristie listened to what I needed this machine for. She walked me through every single performance aspect of each level of machine without upselling, just the facts. She was there every time I contacted Bob's. The delivery was on-time. The delivery guy knew the machine inside and out. Explained everything. Told me to call if they needed anything. My SA 425 operates better than advertised. Shopped 5 different dealers. Terrible terrible service first they didn't show up in the time they said they were going to pick up our tractor to have it fixed. Then they had it a week said the warranty would cover it but then whenever the tractors on the way back home to us after being fixed then they hit my husband up saying that he was going to have to pay half an hour for shop time pretty much to fix it because warranty didn't cover it even though they said they already did and we're out $100 for a delivery fee. And the tractor did not come home in a timely manner either. So definitely do not go to this company it's not worth your time or your headache or your money. read more

I received very poor service. It took two weeks for them repair a flat tire. I provided them with the brand, size, etc., so that they would be prepared but they were not. It took about a week for them to pick up the mower. Once they had the mower, I then waited a couple of days and heard nothing and so I called and was very surprised when the worker asked me to call back the next day and remind him so that he could see if a tech was available. I repeated back to him and he confirmed yes, I needed to call the next day to remind them. So I did. It took 2 or 3 reminders. Had this not been a warranty claim, had they not been in possession of my mower, or had I owned a trailer, I would have picked it up and gotten it fixed on the way home. read more

Came with a price off of Facebook for a tiller 4ft $1850 and was told it's no longer valid and they gave us a price of $2500. We also had an email quote and called previous to showing up and was quoted $1999. Shady pricing to get you in the store, then told not valid; not the way to do business! read more

The people here are amazingly friendly. I originally stopped here to purchase a used trailer. Well, the trailers ramps were missing. I asked about that and was told they would get some for me. Well long story short, no factory ramps would fit. They went out of there way and had a set custom built. Other places could have said, as is. Tractor Bobs hooked me up.
