I went to the ol interweb for help and came upon appliancehd.com. I called on Friday and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning between 8 and 11. "The tech will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival." At 10:30 I called the local number and there was no answer; not even an answering machine. I called several more times before finally getting an answer. I was informed my service call had not been assigned a tech and it would have to be rescheduled. Reluctantly I rescheduled for Monday between 3and 5 because they put a hold on $60 to cover the diagnosis fee. I didn't want to have to do that with a different company. Monday morning I called to get someone at the main office as I felt I was speaking with an answering service over the weekend. I was told my appointment was being cancelled due to not having enough techs and it would take 3 to 5 business days for the hold on my $60 to be released. After reading this review feel free to do what you want, but I will NEVER call this company again.
