The gentleman was kind, informative, and not pushy. We wound up buying two mattresses, one of which we took home that day. The other we had to order (Twin XL size) and we were able to pick it up in a few days. Both mattresses were highly rated online and less than half the price we would have paid at the big corporate furniture stores. When I need another mattress, Mattress World will be my first stop.
