It's chaotic in all the best ways. This is the best place to buy books and activity books/kits for kids. Ollie's is usually my first stop for kids' birthday gifts or if I need to take wrapped single-serve snacks to a kid function. They also usually have plenty of seasonal items, whether it's decor, stuff for yard work, xmas toys, etc. tons of household items-small kitchen appliances, hygiene items (I go here for hygiene item drives that happen from time to time), rings, home improvement items and tools...it's really just a catch-all for random stuff. I buy pet food here often. It's just an easy place to get stuff at a really great price. I love deals and discounts, so I frequent here a few times each month.

We had multiple communication issues during the construction phase of our project, including…read moresomeone "signing a change order on our behalf we did not approve". In addition, our in ground vinyl liner pool was completed in April 2024. Galaxy assured us during construction they would not leave the project with any wrinkles in the liner. Well they did - major bubbles right at the step area and the project manager assured us they'd be addressed right away but he "needed to close the project out". Well now it's August and guess what they are still not addressed. Weekly emails don't help, they don't answer the phone. Galaxy has no interest in servicing what they sell. Don't recommend this company as their construction process is not very organized and they don't follow through.

The young lady who had been behind the counter passed me up completely . . . goes to the other two young ladies not more than 5 steps away from me and proceeded to proactively tell them about additional aviators they had available. I turned to look at her, because maybe . . . she didn't notice me. She turns and passes me again and just says "excuse me." This is a small location, a boutique type shop that you really can't miss anyone in. I let her know that I was actually looking for something and that no one had said anything. There weren't but a few of us inside by now. She answered with "oh sorry, we've been so busy." But certainly not too busy for the 20 folks who had been in and out behind me - greeted with a smile once I noticed and offered help. Sure - I looked around at the now empty place, thanked her and walked out. My Amex spends like anyone else's but perhaps I didn't look like anyone of the other customers. The sales lady said "oh i must have been talking about something else when i said 30 days" So we are stuck with a recliner that has bars coming thru the main seating area making it so uncomfortable to sit in. A technician came out to inspect it and said " it was okay. You can Just add padding and pillows to make it more comfortable!" We sat in the floor model for at least an hour while they did the paperwork and it was at least twice as plush. Appears as if the floor models are not same as what is delivered.
