Part of the appeal was the speed with which they worked...got the project done in a couple of days. However, after a year of use we are noticing how cheap the materials are. A LOT of plastic materials used. The handle to the controls has fallen off a few times and the plastic mount is now crooked from what I'm assuming was a poor seal. Also, the drain plug would not screw on properly after a few months. Long story short - I would not use this company again and look for other options if you are looking to replace a soaker tub with a budget of $6-7k.
