A LOT of plastic materials used. The handle to the controls has fallen off a few times and the plastic mount is now crooked from what I'm assuming was a poor seal. Also, the drain plug would not screw on properly after a few months. Long story short - I would not use this company again and look for other options if you are looking to replace a soaker tub with a budget of $6-7k.

Missed first scheduled appointment on a friday. They didn't call I contacted them the following Monday and said something came up would do this week sometime. My mistake all I get is excuses of reasons for damage and carelessness and irresponsible workmanship. Wow took a whole 177.00 off price totaling almost 3000.00. I will spend that easily having plumber fix broken pvc pipe, damaged wood from water leak and bulk trash disposal.
