Don't bother! Unless you look rich, they won't wait on you. I didn't have time to go home and change after tennis, so I was in shorts, a t-shirt and my visor, and not one person offered to wait in me. There was no one at the front desk where I assume they normally greet customers. So I went looking at things by myself. Several sales people saw me and most weren't with other customers, but no one offered to help the whole hour I was there. I kept checking at the front desk and still no one there until the last time I passed it in the way out. I was out of time by then, so I didn't bother talking to that person. Let me start by saying, the customer service here is outstanding! It's hard to find quality customer service these days. From the moment me and my family walked through the front door, it was a great and productive experience! We were greeted by the sweetest front desk lady, Lisa, who even offered a little treat to our boys to keep them occupied and happy while we shopped around for appliances and fixtures for our home. All of the ladies were wonderful and Jessica made sure we were happy with our choices and that we got the best deal possible. I am struggling to even give my experience a two star rating and I am only doing it because of the willingness of the receptionist to help us. We walked into the store with every intention to purchase two Toto toilets. When we walked in we were greeted by a very nice receptionist who tried to help us and when she asked another coworker where we could look at what was on display, the person acted like she couldn't even be bothered. She basically told us to look in two different places and went back to whatever she was doing at her desk. We walked around where she pointed and couldn't even find the toilets. The receptionist tried her best to get the person to be a little more forthcoming with assistance but she wouldn't give us the time a day. We stood around for a few more minutes and then left, went down the street to a competitor where we were greeted with smiles and people actually willing to help us. This company is used by several builders for lighting fixtures. They have a good selection of modern lighting fixtures at reasonable prices. The sales staff are patient and listen to customers' wishes. All that good having been said, when it comes to warranty service these guys are terrible. I would use stronger language but want to stay out of trouble. They installed our bathroom fixtures and they look great. However, one of our fixtures has a short in the circuitry and it blows out replacement bulbs within 20 seconds. I have tried different light bulb manufacturers and different wattages and the result is the same. I have been into Andrews about the problem twice now. I even took the blow bulbs and showed them the charred contacts. Both times I was given a replacement bulb and told that someone would call me. I have two extra blown bulbs and have waited 6 months for the call from this mysterious person who is supposed to be able to help me but isn't in the store right now. Nice dodge guys. I was given a contact number of the manufacturer. After speaking with the manufacturer's engineers, I was contacted by Anderson Lighting. They have finally helped me out and the issues I had with my lighting has been resolved. Too bad it took several months. read more

This store has recently moved to the old circuit city building off 71st by woodland hills mall. They have a large selection of lighting that offers unique lighting that is different from the lowes, home depot, etc. They price from reasonable to higher end, depending on what you like. I have already found a few lights that I will be purchasing and the staff was helpfule but not pushy. read more

This locally owned lighting store is the place to go to find lighting for your home. Their prices are reasonable and their selection is great. They have an interior designer on staff to help you with your choices and are not pushy, high-pressure. We bought some great lighting for our kitchen remodel and are pleased with the quality and selection. By the way, they are on 71st near woodland hills mall. read more

Ordered some lights from Andrews on 11/6. We were told they'd be in before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving week I called to check, and was assured they'd be in 'in a couple of days'. Needless to say, they didn't make it. I was repeatedly told they'd be here 'in a couple of days', until I lost my patience mid December. At that time I insisted that the store manager find out exactly where the lights were. He called me back to tell me they have been backordered for 30-90 days!! He indicated that he had called the sales rep for the company and that they simply could not get the 'very special glass' needed to make the lights. He had checked all the inventory in the tri-state area, and there were none to be found (although they had one in stock when we ordered because we saw it there.) OK, I thought, these are the lights we want, we'll wait. We had some time off over the Christmas holidays, so we did a little research. No fewer than 5 websites have these lights available for shipping, at about the same price. I called the store 3 days ago, and asked to speak to the manager. I intended to tell him that I found them on-line, so he might be able to get some from his sales rep to save his sale. However, he was 'with a customer', and I was told he'd call me right back. He didn't. Three days have gone by and I just called to try to talk to him again, thinking he didn't get the message. The lady that answered the phone refused to put him on the phone, so I simply canceled my order at that point. I ordered the lights on-line and they have already shipped (free shipping) and will arrive in about 5-7 business days. I don't think Andrews lighting cares about their customers. I tried harder to save this sale than they did, and I think I was lied to repeatedly. I'm guessing they never checked on the lights, never gave the manager the message that I'd called, and I wouldn't be surprised if the song and dance I was given about the sales rep checking inventory was also a lie.
