Here is an example of a light I bought for a clients house. Perfection.

I have been dealing with this company and its employees for 10 years. I have always found them to be extremely helpful and upfront about their policies. They are always on top of the latest styles. They pass along their great prices to their customers. You would be hard pressed to find a company that does more to get you what you want or need. Brendon, Kristi, Susan and the 2 Tom's are all great. I have used their lighting, hardware, blinds and tile services. If you need to decorate a room or an entire house this is a great place to start!!!! ZBP~General contractor~

I walked in and gave the sales person, I think his name was Brendan, an idea of what I was looking for in a fan.

Firstly, the product is great. Initial install was good. Happy with the product. We were told we…read morewould need to contact them if we had a new roof installed so they could detach the dome. There would be a minor hourly charge. Fast forward and we need a new roof. I remembered that there would be a charge so asked about it after setting up the appointment. Yes, there is an hourly charge. Detachment took 1.5 hours. I was charged for a full 2 hours bc there was 'prep work' done. Reattachment would require new flashing and took 4 hours but it would reset the warranty. OK what I did not expect is that I would be charged 50% of the price of a new install. Just a fair warning to get a price quote before a re-install after a new roof.

This just gets better and better. Many years ago I had one of these light tubes installed in a…read morebathroom that had a vent connected alongside it. Since the bathroom light gets flipped off and on more than a light in any other room, it has saved on the electric bill. Over the years I would see their booth at the home shows, and they offer even more options now for fixture covers that would match your liking for other rooms. The light tubes funnel daylight from a light catcher on the roof. The tubes have optional LED light fixtures that you can have put inside the tube, plus optional solar glow light for a nightlight. I keep installing another and another wherever I can. The installer will not install during the hot months because he says he can't take the heat up there, so plan for getting one during the cooler months.

The light fixtures in my bathroom were not functioning. I had previously called Mr. Sparky's as a…read morefirst suggestion since I've never had to call an electrician before, and a kid came out, bragged about being a master electrician for 16 years, even though he was under 30, then proceeded to quote me between $8k to $25k to replace all wiring in my house (in order to get to our very terrible primary problem, bathroom lights). I then called Hot Shot Electric. A cool, professional guy named Justin came out, and fixed the issue faster than the Sparky's guy took just looking at things. (Justin also went above and beyond and spent a small amount of time by identifying that the Sparky's kid was lying about the breaker box and showed me why). He saved me somewhere between $7.8k to $24.8k (that I wasn't going to spend, for everyone's reference) amount of BS money by identifying the real problem and fixing it right away. He also offered options that I learned about previously from friends of the AL/Cu wire nut conversion, which they could do at a ball park of $2k. I highly recommend these guys in a world where you take your car in for a broken tail light and the mechanic says he's gonna have to rebuild your whole car to fix it.
