Our friend inquired with an employee at the front named Tynan and he went to the back several times to see what stock they had left. Sure enough, he came back minutes later and confirmed they had some! At the checkout line, everything moved smoothly. The woman commented on my fiancé's t-shirt and was polite and kind to all the customers. It was refreshing to see that customer service was still in the forefront even on a busy Saturday night. This place reminded me of Total Wine and Spirits and was very clean and inviting.

The inventory is definitely focused on wine from around the globe, with enough American vintages to honor most of the west coast vineyards. Not much from the East. That oversight is corrected by their bourbon/whiskey aisle which offers an interesting dive into some of the secondary and tertiary distilling from some of the older and larger southern industrial stills. I was there to restock our supply of Amaretto and sipping bourbon which we had been enjoying at home during this prolonged pandemic. Those Amaretto Sours were a big hit, and Wild Turkey Honey shots were great with hummus, baba ganoush and fava beans. The staff was knowledgeable, masked and they packed everything well. While the choices are not as extensive as the big stores in Jersey (think Joe Canal's), and because it is Pennsylvania, lacks any beer, this Premium Selection Fine Wine house is attractive and much cleaner than the competition on the other side of the Delaware River. Given the choice, cost of fuel and extra time needed for crossing the bridges, this emporium offers a reasonable alternative without leaving town.

They also have a decent selection of craft beers, and they always highlight the local craft breweries. They have an ok selection for spirits, which is why I'm giving them 4-stars instead of 5. I wish they had more mezcal to select from (I don't remember if they had any). Mezcal has been trending in cocktail bars for years now, so would be good to stock for people (like me) who like to make cocktails at home. They would order it if I ask, though. They don't currently stock chocolate bitters, but are ordering some for my next trip. Overall, decent liquor store, fair prices, average selection, conveniently located.
