Great new spot for fantastic hand rolled bagels. They are definitely in my top 5 bagel shops. The place is take out only. It's nice and clean and has a California vibe IMO. The staff are super friendly. The "Works" bagel with lox, capers, onion, tomato, and lemon is amazing.

This was not true before .....ordering over the phone was a nightmare. And just before it closed, it had all it's little rumblings of problems and if you're a loyal customer of a business, you can see a decline or improvement and I could definitely see the decline here, but.... NOW I see how it has emerged as a fantastic sandwich place unlike anything else around here.... so even if you have other sandwich places you like.... you have to also like this one ....because nothing else is like it! You go in and they say hi ....everybody's laughing...There's lots of people interacting... a giant menu, which is fantastic and on the wall. Good prices and great bread.!!! ....really when it comes to a sandwich, bread is everything! Thank you, guys. I'm right around the corner and I'm at your door all the time. I'm very high maintenance. I'm very picky. So when I say you're good, you're good.

She said any of the Italians are good. Then she expanded that and said the rest was good too. I got the mild Italian. Got everything but no onions. Waited. Bout 10 mins then went back to the hotel. You can eat there but I chose not to. Nothing wrong with it. It's for a few tables and you can eat in. I opened it up. Smelled good and took a bit it was delicious. This sub was fantastic. Bread hearty but not too hard. Meat tender, peppers, lettuce and tomato just enough to complement the meat. Same with dressing. I got a small which was big but maybe I should have the medium. It was gone too soon. I'd get this again in a minute. It was so good! I'd travel for it. That's how good. If I'm ever around here again I'll try something else.

Updated review: I had to write this, because I am so…read moredeliriously blown away by the incredible service. I just got from Jersey Mike's to correct a problem that wasn't actually theirs. Our front door faces the street that intersects with our address. We are on a corner so the garage is on one side and the front door is on the other. My directions are extremely clear and no NO NO driver ever reads them. (I've watched Delivery people wander up and down the pathways in the complex here in bitter cold weather rather than directions it might offer clue to where they're going.) The driver here certainly didn't ....he left my bag in somebody else's driveway at night and of course, those people thought it was some kind of garbage and threw it in the trash I took a flyer and called Jersey Mike's and got this amazing superhero on the phone named John who seemed more upset than me and extremely willing to refund my entire meal, which was more than I had hoped for and so now on top of loving their sandwiches, I also love Jersey Mike's at this location and most of all, I love John Thank you, John !

I stopped by my local Jersey Mike's this week -- which is something I do regularly. I ordered a viral sandwich that turned out a little messy, but that wasn't the issue. The same person who made my sandwich also rang me up -- without changing his gloves. He touched the register screen, bags, counters, and who knows what else, all with the same gloves he used to make my food. Then he went right back to preparing sandwiches... still no glove change. So I calmly walked over to the manager, who had already seemed pretty dismissive when I walked in. I could tell that he wasn't interested in any niceties with me, since he was saving them for the non-minority make that walked in after me. I said, "You may want to let him know that he needs to change his gloves." The manager asked, "Why?" I explained, "Because he made my sandwich, checked me out, touched the screen, and then went back to making sandwiches." His response? "Did he touch cash?" I replied, "Why does that matter? He's spreading germs." But it was clear he didn't care -- not one bit. That will be my last visit to that location. Period.
