I love a good bagel shop. This place does not disappoint. Friendly service and quick. Clearly a local neighborhood favorite. The owner was chatting with her regulars in line. Get here early for your favorite flavors. I missed out on blueberry today. No biggie. I will be back. There is some seating inside but I opted to take mine to go. Adding this to my list of favorite bagel shops in Princeton.

Been coming here for 20 years - honestly I think they have some of the best bagels I've had, beating many of the popular ones in Manhattan and Brooklyn. While not true to the NY chewy bagel, I love the toasted bagels from Bagel Hole, not too big, not too doughy. The sweet Korean family has been running this place throughout these years and I'm glad they are able to stay in business during COVID. We live on the west coast now but every year we return for the holidays we make sure to prioritize a trip here. I especially love their bagel sandwiches - from pastrami to the Buffalo chicken. They use quality Boar's head meet and slice the deli on the spot. I think this was the first year they raised their prices by about a buck per sandwich but it's still very affordable! Cash only, but there's a BoA in the same parking lot.

I've been coming to bagel hole since high school and it's just as amazing as I remember it! I moved away in 2008 and now live in Southern CA. It is always such a treat to come back to WW for my favorite bagels. My go to: everything bagel toasted with chicken salad, lettuce, and tomato

Good spot for classic jersey bagels. Affordable, simple, exactly what you want out of a bagel spot. Very lively with lots of local kids from the high schools visiting all the time. Minus one star for being CASH only. Definitely bring cash if you're visiting!

This is my go to place when i don't have time to make breakfast at home. I call ahead and place my order , pick it up and enjoy my bacon, egg and cheese on a kaiser roll at home, up the street. Lots of parking since its in a stip mall and the staff is friendly and almost like family, since Ive been coming here for a long time. I only wish they would take credit cards or Venmo. This place is CASH ONLY.

Excellent bagels. They taste fresh and ready fairly quickly. They also have coffee. Never too long a line in the mornings.

Best bagels I've found in central Jersey. Just make sure you get here before 11:45 if you want a bacon egg & cheese.

At first, walking in gave me a wave of nostalgia because it reminded me of the Olives I used to visit in New York City. While it's not the same restaurant, this one absolutely stands on its own. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, and my husband had a kale salad loaded with vegetables and all kinds of good things like pecans, carrots, red cabbage, chick peas and more...he loved it. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you could tell the quality of the ingredients was a priority. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for how good the food was. We took our meals to go and walked down the street to a picnic table, which made for a perfect, relaxed lunch in Princeton. Great food, great value, and a spot I'd happily return to. There were also some really good desserts to pick from as well, but I passed them up. Pro tip... there can be a line to order your food during busy times of the day.

But I have eaten at this chain while traveling in New Jersey several other times. I receive coupons in the email, and just happened to have a five dollar off coupon that expired in a few days, that arrived in my email shortly before my travel occurred, which is why I chose to visit this location. I came on a busy Saturday at about 11:45 and because I was by myself I was able to get the last seat at the counter, otherwise the wait was 35 minutes or more for groups of two or more people. I ordered the kale juice which was kale, apple, lemon & was yummy. I ordered the summer special lobster avocado toast with 2 eggs over easy. The servers & all staff were very busy but pleasant. My meal was good, no complaints & they did have 2 nice chunks of real lobster meat on the thick whole grain toast. The only problem came when I went to use my coupon, they asked for my phone number which I gave them. And then they told me I was not in the system. Then they asked me if I could login on the app in which I told them I didn't know if I had the app because I don't have this restaurant locally and I only eat here maybe once a year but clearly the coupon had come to me in my email, and was due to expire on July 31 and this was July 25. Even though it was only five dollars it was the principle of I would've eaten somewhere else if I could not use this coupon. So although they were busy, I could tell that they were kind of annoyed that they had to go in the back and asked the manager and then there was some big production of having to enter my email and phone number into the app. This all seemed rather ridiculous considering most places if you have a coupon and it doesn't work and it's legitimate they can just take five dollars off your bill at the register not sure why that was not possible? Anyway, in the meantime of them going to the back, I managed to find the app get into it. Enter my phone number and email reset a password and then it showed that my coupon was in the app. Long story short I did get the five dollars off of the meal and then handed a five dollar bill to my server as her tip. This restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch and I believe it closes at 3 PM. It does get very busy weekend mornings. It's similar to a First Watch cafe if you are familiar with those.

On the flip side, my in laws enjoyed their french toast and waffle. Overall food was very hit or miss, okay for some, but wouldn't go out of my way to brunch here.

No self-respecting connoisseur or influencer worth their curated sea salt would stand for anything less than hand-crafted loaves touched by the Almighty. Well, I stand corrected. Their baguettes and Zucchini bread are outstanding and worthy of any hosanna I could summon. If your going to engage in marketing grandiosity it's nice to know Princeton's Bread Boutique delivers. It's easy to be cynical but what they don't sell here are eye rolls. Five very easy stars.

We'd turned in here after feeling discouraged by the long lines at another nearby bakery. Here, it was sunny, quiet, and redolent of that heady bread aroma. Another personally good sign was seeing several empty trays in the windows. When a bakery 'sells out' of stuff, I feel like I've uncovered a hot spot. Here's where I need to make a confession: I like croissants a little more than a normal human being should. Really, I'm a croissant addict. So we already knew I'd like these. But ooh la la, these were especially fine. One had rough chunks of pistachio, a subtle, sticky glaze, and - sweet Jesus - pistachio cream on the inside. When my husband saw the pecan pie croissant, we knew I was done for. Behind the counter, there's a large selection of bread loaves, along with a small savory menu. Along the side of the bakery, there's also a refrigerated area with drinks and cold sandwiches. There are a few tables and seats inside, available first come first served.
