Haddonfield's newest restaurant, and surprisingly the second hot dog place in town (after Hot Dawgs two blocks away). They recently had their soft opening on a Saturday in September and are slowly rolling out opening times. Named Haute Dogs due to serving fancy Parisian-style hot dogs in a hollowed out baguette with lots of fun fillings and toppings. We got the Mac's Dog (filled with chili, spicy mustard and chopped onions) and the Some Like It Haute (filled with hot pepper jelly and melted Brie). Both were absolutely delicious. Located in the basement of a shared building (upstairs neighbor is Umile, the Italian restaurant), the space is small (only room for four tables) but clean and well lit and decorated. Not great for people with mobility issues, though, as the entrance is down a flight of outdoor stairs, and the restroom is back up another flight of indoor stairs. For two hot dogs and one Mexican soda it was $29.22. Expensive, but worth it I'd say. Owned by a lovely brother and sister duo who have put their heart and soul into this business which shows in so many of the details. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Incredible food and customer service!! My husband and I were in the area and decided to stop by and I am so glad we did! The restaurant was so clean, inviting, and the staff was absolutely delightful! They gave us a run down of the menu, checked on us, and were so welcoming, it genuinely felt like we were in their home! My husband and I had the Philly Dilly, and the Mac's dog and they were so good! We highly would recommend this spot and would come back again!

I gotta say wow this food was awesome atmosphere awesome quick service. The owner was on the counter very attentive also very polite.

The owners are really friendly and helpful with recommendations on what to order. Feels like a European style hot dog experience on a baguette. Super unique to Haddonfield and delicious!! The menu has so many great options we can't wait to come back and try something new each time. Today we got a Philly Dilly dog and a Parisian dog and both were delicious!! Would highly recommend this spot.

Haute Dog in Haddonfield is adorable and delicious! This family-run biz offers creative hot dog varieties alongside hearty sammies like sausage/peppers/onions and meatball. The bread is seriously good. The dining space is super cute, or you can grab takeout on your way to the brewery, winery or distillery just steps away. Delicious food, great vibe -- five stars all around

I expected more from the hotdog due to the hype. With that being said, it's not a bad hot dog. Overpriced and underwhelmed that's all.

Just going to stop by since I was in the area. The bakery is in this shopping center and the parking lot was pretty full when I arrived Sunday afternoon. I agree with the reviewers that this place is small. I felt that I wanted to take my time looking at items but the space felt crowded while looking. Overall they had many options to choose some but there were some empty looking shelves in the far back. I managed to get a few items to try and a slice of cake. There are kiosks to also order drinks. The line was long but moved quickly. The items I tried: Cheesy hot dog: pretty good! very sweet bread with a tiny hot dog. White Chocolate strawberry: delicious strawberry filling. The bun was soft and not overly sweet. Berry bun: I got the very last one! DELISH! The bun of milky, soft and berry filled. My favorite probably. Taro bun: HUGE! Love the taro paste but the bread was alittle off since there was seeds in it. Not loving that texture Tiramisu cheesecake: very good fluffy cheesecake. Would have liked more tiramisu/coffee flavor. Chocolate bun: Another favorite. Very good chocolate fudge on the inside. Wish I bought 10 of theses. Egg tarts: I got the two pack. Wish I got the full box (maybe next time). Flaky buttery crust with sweet egg custard. Also a favorite. Overall everything I got was really good. I also loved that the prices were very affordable ($2-5). The only thing I would add is maybe to have more a description and allergens added to the cards so people with allergies could identify what they can and cannot eat. Cant wait to come back and maybe try one of the drinks :)

It was packed, good thing they have a large parking lot. the milk tea on the other hand was using powdered and tasted artificial. the tapiocas were old and soggy. I would avoid at all cost.

The cheesesteak was a super generous portion of quality meat, caramelized onions and cheesy goodness in a deliciously grilled seeded hoagie roll. I also enjoyed the bechamel based Mac and cheese side order (big enough for 2 to share) and the key lime pie was to die for! The owner, Joe was in the dining room and spoke to / thanked every patron who entered his establishment before they left. We got to talking a bit and I could tell that this guy gets it... he is personable, he is likable and it's evident that he loves what he does. 5 stars!

The food took forever, which it usually does but we still go since we normally like the breakfast food. The burrito finally arrived after 30 minutes. The tacos my husband ordered took another 10 minutes. My husband was less than thrilled with flavorless soft tacos that took 40 minutes to make. We decided to provide feedback because we've been here many times and expected more. Again, we regretted this as well. I don't know why we bothered because no one knows how to take honest feedback anymore these days. The young boy who portrayed himself as the manager (was in fact the busboy) was dismissive and but did offer refund, which we declined since that's not the reason we provided feedback. He couldn't handle someone trying to tell them how to improve instead of asking for something for free. It's crazy how someone doesn't want money is still treated as difficult. Then my husband takes the time from his day to speak with owner. He thought he had a constructive conversation, only to find the owner goes straight into his kitchen in front of customers and tells the young boy what my husband said. So unprofessional! They have an open kitchen and this guy thinks it's a good idea to speak with your employee now??? Little did they know while they were trash talking my husband, instead of appreciating the fact that he wasn't asking for money and only wanted gave valuable constructive feedback from repeated customers, that they all chose to turn it around and call my husband a jerk. I did call out that they need to be more careful about how they speak about customers and it was quite interesting to see an entire kitchen and at least 5 customers in line speechless and in shock! As they should have been. Like the rest of society these days, no one knows how to behave and be professional anymore. I'm beyond embarrassed for the owner and anyone affiliated with this restaurant. Just downright pathetic!

Don't give me a ramekin of…read morewhipped cream and tell me it's clotted cream like I'm stupid There are plenty of etiquette rules and standards to attending an afternoon tea service but there are as many to serving one. Management and ownership have never attended a tea service or researched how to host one Each table is limited to two selections and two pots of tea. Don't agree? Oh well. Refills? Extra charge. But wait you actually receive three pots of tea because upon seating a pot of the "seasonal" herbal tea is served whether you like it or not.m Additionally serving milk with black tea selections is apparently not standard practice here and needs to be specifically requested. The Earl Grey tea is excellent First course: salad. Hopefully no one in your party has severe nut allergies because before even taking tea selections a plate of spring mix buried under a pile of walnuts is dropped in front of you. Those in our party able to eat the salad did not enjoy it Second course: savouries. Finger sandwiches were fresh. Chicken salad was excellent. Egg salad on croissant was good I personally disagree with quiche being served as it's non-traditional but it is accepted in many circles and the quiche was also good However I have absolutely no doubt that the chicken salad and egg salad were scooped out of premade tubs from Sysco or Restaurant Depot judging by the sweets Scones: underbaked. Disappointing given reviews raving about them. Maybe we received a bad batch maybe the local population has never had a decent scone. Will not be returning to find out Presumably since the savoury scone (an abomination in my opinion) was served in the same course as a sweet scone the only butter served was a savoury herb butter. As a result there was no butter available for the "butterscotch" scone and there would not have been enough anyway considering we received about a tablespoon of butter and two tablespoons of both other toppings between five people The "clotted cream" has been addressed as it was the most offensive part of enduring this experience. Rather than a traditional jam or marmalade none of which we were served we were given a "mango compote." How someone decided mango and butterscotch are complementary I have no idea. Anyone in this industry would recognize Reàl purée squeezed out of a plastic bottle Sweets: thaw and serve La Boulangerie des Gourmets frozen macarons (which include a pistachio flavor and are packaged in one tray so again watch for nut allergies if you think you're safe eating a lemon macaron as this obviously isn't disclosed). I see these are being sold separately outside of the tea service 6/$14. They are 57¢ ea Chocolate mousse mix piped into a plastic cup with a processed whipped topping. The most edible dessert Menu lists lemon cheesecake server identified small tarts as key lime pie. Not sure which we received but can note the filling at least (probably not the tart shell) is made in house because we received more than one batch with one having not even a hint of citrus Saving the worst for last the "strawberry" cupcake. First and foremost cupcakes chocolate mousse and macarons (and most egregious cannolis listed on the children's menu) are not standard sweets served with afternoon tea. But this cupcake? The cupcakes we were served here were the driest cake I have ever seen in my life completely inedible. The frosting was some sort of processed palm oil goo and neither cake nor frosting had any strawberry flavor Atmosphere and service: service was friendly albeit casual slow and not attentive. Server was not very knowledgeable. Not her fault Space was fine if gaudy. Table was crowded. I share another reviewer's sentiment but the table cloth was about a foot longer than the table was high which made sitting movement or pushing a chair in difficult. It felt like wearing a heavy blanket that was pulled taut the entire experience Paper napkins and plastic dishes. At over $40 per person you would expect more As a side note standard afternoon tea practice is being offered or asking for additional items the guests like. However the menu had prices listed for additional sides of all items served on the tea service. Given the quality vs cost this felt particularly gauche It's hard to comprehend why the owners or management here can't get the tea service right. The hardest part is finger sandwiches and freshness which they seem to have managed. Good quality premade desserts are available and scones are not difficult to make. It honestly seems like a lack of effort on their part or a lack of respect for their customers which is frustrating All in all a very expensive abysmal experience. I'm sure there are decent afternoon teas available in this area at a similar price. Fortnum and Mason and the Covent Garden Hotel in London both known for afternoon teas charge £45 per person Two stars for the chicken salad server and Earl Grey
