A very local, Homie, feeling to the place And come hungry because the portions are large We started out with a pecan cinnamon roll as an appetizer for three of us Once our food arrived, we were glad Weed had something sweet to start the meal as we would not have had room afterwards Great service also

Our server was incredible! She was on top of refilling our coffee and water, there was plenty of seating. The food was yummy! and it came out pretty fast too! It was a little on the pricey side... they're partnered with the Idaho food bank and also get their meat from a local co-op

We had to find our own seats, and the only available booth wasn't very clean, but we decided to sit there anyway. The place was quite busy, so we waited patiently before anyone noticed us. Eventually, our server came over, cleaned our table, and brought us some coffee--she was excellent. My dad ordered the flavored blueberry hotcakes; they were smaller and had fewer blueberries compared to the ones at the Winnemucca Griddle. I chose the number 1 combo with eggs, bacon, and a huckleberry crepe, which was delicious. I definitely recommend! The service was outstanding.

Great experience at The Griddle in Nampa. My daughter and I had trouble deciding on where to go for breakfast as we had come from Bend, Oregon the day before, and needed a good start of the day. We are so glad we picked The Griddle. We each had the Raspberry Crepe Combo. My daughter also had hash browns added to her plate and they were fantastic. The Crepes were so flavorful and the accompanying eggs and bacon were perfect. Christina was our server and she was so friendly and timed everything excellently. The décor is great. Love the old school feeling, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Nampa.

I've come here enough times with my son to be called a regular. Figure it was time to write a review. The staff are always great at what they do. I've been working on trying different food items on the menu and I haven't been disappointed yet. I love the stained glass everywhere in the restaurant. So cute.

We both got the combo, one with the toasted coconut French toast and the second with the pumpkin pancakes with a mouse inside.

While it was good, it wasn't $49 good IMHO. The servings were pretty small. I don't think I'd go again.

So glad we decided to try out the griddle. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and the mimosas were fantastic. The restaurant has a nice diner vibe to it. Make sure to ask about their weekly specials!

Absolutely the best breakfast hash I've had in my life!!! Very friendly service to the point where they know their regulars by name! And the ambience is super cozy, I will definitely be back!!! 10/10

It's been a while since I've eaten at a Griddle location. It was just as good as I remembered it. The Griddle prides themselves on great service and quality at all their locations and this location delivered. The staff were attentive to our needs. When our server got caught up with another table, the manager stepped up to take our order. I got the Hawaiian Loco Moco. My wife got a carnitas crepe dish. It was all delicious. The fresh green onions and shoestring onions on my dish added a nice texture to an already good palate if flavors. Yum!

So Emily was so annoyed about taking the point phone number for last customer and she was rude to other staff but her friend was sitting at the end of the counter. Took my order and read it back including English muffin extra dark, the pic below is her opinion of dark. Heard her reread back to counter customer next to me. Burned whole wheat br interesting to see what color that comes out. She is kind to your face and once the order is over she is out and back with her friend at end of counter. Was given bill and no way to put my number for rewards on it and was so thoroughly put out she had to do that. Also Emily made SURE that I knew about cream was extra...and then forgot it when she brought the food. tip will be left blank since I sat at counter and she did the barest of service. And I am normally a heavy tipper I understand how hard the service industry is. So friendly service with an attitude. It's not like I was demanding just sitting here at counter not were the really busy. This is the first time out for me in 6 months to eat alone. Food seemed to sit in window for extended periods of time as well. Waiting around to see how dark my neighbors burnt bread request come out so the lady text me ordered the pecan french toast and after about a minute of it sitting in under the ovens or under the lights I started running a timer below you'll see the amount of time that that French toast sat under the timer. The gentleman who requested burnt toast to almost Oblivion there's a picture of that as well and then there's also a picture of all the people who were standing around while all the food was on the counter waiting to be picked up and be dispersed. I think it would be a long while before I come back here

We did have to have a small wait. I love the fact that they were busy! Nothing makes me happier than seeing a local business thrive! It was a little over 10 minutes of wait time. No problem, we chilled in the car till we got our text to come in. We were sat, got coffee and juice ordered and checked out the menu. We were both hungry so everything looked good. My husband decided on a stack of pancakes with chocolate chips and a side of biscuits and gravy. I got the Big boy omelet with Moe Joe's potatoes. Our server, I believe her name is Kendra, was super sweet! I have served her before when she came in and ate my at family's restaurant. She was fabulous as a guest and fabulous at taking care of us today. I had requested a fresh cup of half and half that wasn't used my multiple guests. I'm still bring careful with my new kidney. With no hesitation, she gladly gave me a fresh cup of half and for my coffee. I appreciate her kindness so much. Food came out and booooyyyyy did everything look amazing! My husband's pancakes were fluffy and had plenty of chocolate chips. The biscuits were covered with gravy. My omelet was massive and was also covered in gravy. I was ready to tear into them potatoes! They were nice and charry. I know this meal is about to hit! I don't think I said a word to my husband for 15 minutes. The food was so good! Nothing important needed to be talked about when the food was doing the talking for us. My omelet was stuffed with green peppers, onions and all the 3 meats that came with it. I love love love the gravy on top! The potatoes were crispy on the outside and so soft in the middle. The potatoes with gravy is top tier! Of course I tried my husband's pancakes.... so fluffy and sweet. The biscuits weren't crazy dense. I love that they were airy. I really had to hold back on the pancakes, I still had a whole omelet to work on. But them pancakes were the business! It's sad that this joint is clear across town. I would eat here every week if I could. Everything we had today was so good! Everything I had last time was good! The service is fantastic. I adore Memory and Peyton. Now I get to add Kendra to my list! One of the best breakfast joints in town, hands down! I'm so happy I got to start my birthday week at Moe Joe's! I look forward to coming back very soon.

We had a different server than our usual this time and she was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out. I took away a star because the food wasn't as great as the last few times I visited. The eggs were overcooked (kind of dry and almost rubbery) and the hash browns were under cooked in the center. Now, if you've read my previous review, youd know how much i absolutely LOVE their pancakes - and I've made it my go-to spot for breakfast because of it. Well, either they changed the recipe or someone messed up this batch. It was nice and fluffy, but bland. That signature deliciously buttery flavor was nowhere to be found. I kept taking bites hoping my tongue was deceiving me... but there were no lies. Just disappointment. This is definitely a deal breaker. Maybe I'll try one more time. If it was just a one-time fluke, I'll update this review and stars. :::sigh:::

I'd call ahead and get your name on the list as it's quite popular and lots of people eat here. So, we had a group of four. The chicken fried steak was very good with gravy and huge portion. Good luck finishing it. I had corned beef hash unlike any I've ever had. The corned beef as in thin strips with no fat and all taste and fresh. The pancake will most assuredly will be the biggest you've ever seen. It's fluffy and done just right! We went on a Friday. It appeared the place had more tables available around the lunch hour. We've been twice now and we love sitting at the bar--it just feels right for the vibe of the place. The staff clearly loves working here, and it really shows. They know the menu inside and out and can pretty much make whatever you're craving. We also tried the Kobe sliders, but they fell short of the Chicken Sliders with their tender, juicy cuts of breast. The lineup of drinks are on full display at the bar and with scannable menus.
