Food is excellent. Service by Hope was outstanding and the eggs Benedict were the best I've ever had. And I don't leave reviews.

Looking for Brunch? Well, this is your spot! With a full menu of great choices, Moe Joe's is serving up some of the best house made brunch items we have had in the treasure valley! The house made corned beef is a must try!! Or if you're looking for something sweet, maybe the salted caramel banana bread French toast is for you! Either way, you can't go wrong The inside dining is a little bland with limited seating, but the service was top notch! Our waitress was very friendly & great with our busy kiddos.. great food & great experience! Go get you some!!

Stopped by for brunch on a Monday and it was relatively busy! There's plenty of parking, which is always nice. The service was quick and friendly. I ordered a half BTA Benedict with hash browns, and it was delicious! Definitely will come back to try their other items!

Came to Moe Joe's for breakfast this beautiful Wednesday morning. We came really early so I felt good about getting a table right away. Walking in, you see a handful of tables being occupied by guests. It was great to see so many people out enjoying their morning. I was greeted by Memory. She sat my neice and I at a table in her section. I worked with Memory for many years so I knew we were going to be in good hands! She got our drinks started while we checked out the menu. Coffee was on point this morning. My niece's hot chocolate looked delicious! It was topped with a good amount of whipped cream. I was regretting getting my coffee. I wanted a hot chocolate like my neice. It looked too good. For breakfast my neice ordered the cinnamon roll French toast. I got the Jr breakfast. My neice didn't share her French toast with me so I'll have to try it next time. From what I saw, it looked tasty! I was surprised how hearty my Jr breakfast was! It had a great amount of hashbrowns, 2 eggs and a sausage patty. I did grab a side of country gravy for my hashbrowns. For 10 bucks, this breakfast was legit! I was only able to smash half of it. You can't beat a great breakfast like this for 10 bucks! This price only runs from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. What a steal! I wish this joint wasn't clear across town from me. I would frequent this place more often if I could! I appreciate Memory for taking such good care of us! This breakfast joint is legit so if you're off Overland, this should be your go to local joint for a good meal!

    Smothered Breakfast Burrito

Food was super flavorful! Breakfast burritos were big and filled nicely. Classic Benedict was amazing, hollandaise sauce was homemade and very yummy. Almond croissant French toast came with berries, the perfect sweetness. Service could be faster especially on a Tuesday morning but they were on it with the coffee refills.

Really buttery pancakes that were perfectly cooked! We come here all the time and are always satisfied. Love this place!

Located about 15 mins from the Boise airport and this is worth the trip! It's in a strip mall, next door to a coffee shop with a bunch of comic books (it's cool and good to pass time while you wait). We visited on a Saturday around 10am and it was busy but the wait was reasonable, about 35mins and it was accurate. The restaurant is small and quaint. There's no 'bar' but the space is used well and they turn over tables quickly. Our waitress was great, super nice, friendly, and offered advice for items to order. We ordered the corned beef hash and a carafe of the seasonal mimosa and everything was GREAT! My only critique is that the corned beef has needs a bit more meat but other than that, it was perfect (not fatty or greasy, perfectly seasoned). The mimosa was delicious and hit the spot. PARKING: They share a parking lot with a couple of other businesses but you wont have any issue with finding a spot. If you're in the area, this place is worth a try. I would come back for sure!

Second time here they're always packed for good reason it's delicious service is excellent my pancakes weren't cooked all the way in the middle that's my only complaint can't wait to come again!

    Carnitas Benedict. Tasty!

Stopped in for breakfast - even got here right when they opened and there were already people waiting to be seated ... a good sign. The dining room is clean, spacious (considering the small space it occupies), inviting. I was seated and had coffee in front of me in a flash. ....another good sign.... I ordered the Carnitas Benedict. It looked very interesting with the chunks of pork, corn tortillas.... Well, it did not disappoint. The only negative was the poached eggs were overcooked. Otherwise, everything else was tasty, well seasoned and plentiful. The "Moe Joe's" potatoes were excellent - and a LOT of 'em! I actually couldn't finish them and, for a big guy like me, that's heartbreaking. But, the plate was well worth the effort. Service is what gives this place that 4th star. Attentive, friendly, warm - always had my coffee cup full and came around to make sure all was well. Prices are decent. I can't complain at all. If I'm ever this way again, I'll be back to order more.

Super cute breakfast spot! The service was quick and the server was kind. The loaded hash bowl was DEFINITELY loaded with bacon and sausage. The Benedict was extra garlicky so if you love that it's worth it but it was a little too much for us. And the sourdough and strawberry jam was AMAZING!! It was definitely a great breakfast

Nice pace to have breakfast or brunch. Be prepared to wait a while if you don't come early enough. The service was good but getting our food took almost an hour. It's a busy restaurant so that might be why. Overall to think is a good breakfast place but I have hesitation on consign back just because it took about an hour to for the food be ready.

I'm not really in favor of having to give your cell phone number to feed into their app so you know when your table is ready, but there you have it. The inside is pretty cool if you are into that "converted warehouse" feel of exposed beam crossed with a country kitchen feel. Tables aren't crammed together, definitely a sense of space. There are booth options as well. And as I prefer, no TVs. There were 2 groups of 14 that were served during our visit, so they can definitely accommodate larger parties. Our server rarely checked in, took 10 minutes to refill coffee after we requested a top off (she forgot), and never ended up refilling out water. The coffee we did get was good though. As always, I'm a hollandaise connoisseur as the foundation for perfect Benedict - my go to breakfast item. So I asked for a sample before I ordered, and I'm glad I did. The Griddle's hollandaise was curious. It was clearly about 25-50% powdered mix (which tastes like nasty beef gravy) with the balance being added clarified butter and a very strong dose of lemon. It was marginal, but good enough. So, I went with the crab cake Benedict. The crab cakes were a bit "fishy," so the strong lemon flavor was a plus. After flagging down our server, I requested a new poached egg as one of them arrived hard boiled. (I want runny yolks as hard boiled are too chalky for my taste.) The replacement egg was delivered very quickly. My guest had the banana Texas french toast special with added bacon and scrambled eggs. Bacon was nice and thick, nicely cooked. Scrambled eggs are pretty much just that. The french toast did have great body to it, but I'm not a huge banana fan. Still enjoyed it though. I would consider this an option for a revisit.

Their messaging app sent me one text 12 minutes after I registered at the front desk…read more But that message combined both the "we have you on our wait list" along with a second message 'your table is ready". This was 12 minutes after registering. One notification for the combined messages. So, as I waited for the table ready message I missed our 10 minute warning. Was this some screw up of their messaging provider? Pretty lousy implementation. So when we finally asked why the "15 minute wait m" became 35 we found out our reservation had expired. When asked whst they could do under the circumstances, we were told we'd have to go to the bottom of the list and wait again. This time for 20 minutes. Apparently, this Griddle location is where customer service goes to die. Meanwhile, we hopped over to Joe Mama's where their messaging system is much more informative and intuitive. Not to mention it works. We may patronize other Griddle locations. Maybe. But this one's off the list.
