If your project isn't worth more than this amount of money, then seems you need to go elsewhere. Two- why do I have to hound him to come back and show proof of that? I called him multiple times as well and he never called me back. But is it my job to chase a service provider we hired for months? I see that Mike also claims no dedication or follow thru even by his own response here "your rats not mine". My man caught five rats with our traps. Mike caught one. He didn't even follow thru with his job but he was paid in full. So just so you all know when Provex comes out to your home they consider themselves done once they placed their traps. Great doing business with you Mike. And yes my reviews were meant to stop you from screwing over more of my friends family and neighbors and if you don't like it, stop screwing people over!

They returned a couple of weeks after 2nd visit. Also, during last visit, technician placed a small amount of unsheilded left-over bait on a corner of my kitchen window sill (I have pets that might access). I resolved the ant problem myself (at least for now) by purchasing and placing another commercial product's bait traps around the outside perimeter of my house.

I do realize that costs have risen, but it would be good business to notify your customers of price increases before the fact, not when you receive the bill.
