The nail tech was very pleasant and kept asking me if I liked my nails/wanted anything fixed. She held up a good conversation and made the experience very welcoming. Nails came out beautiful! The owner was present too and was also super sweet. She even had her cute frenchie dog in the salon which was very enjoyable as I was waiting for my nail tech. Place is decorated lovely. You can get a blowout while getting your nails done. Very neat concept. Will certainly come back again to get my nails done!

Alyx has become my favorite stylist by far and the only stylists I make appointments with 4 weeks in advance. I even take my 10 year old son here. She's busy as heck (deservedly so) but for guys in the area, it's well worth it to get on her schedule. I called 4 days later once I noticed and was told a manager wasn't onsite but they'd leave my name and number for the following day. That was 5 days ago and I haven't heard back or recieved a refund. Disputed the charge with my bank which is now an unnecessary long process because this place couldn't take 5 minutes to make it right.

I Went there for a dry hair style (curls) for an occasion where we were taking pictures. I have A LOT A LOT of hair. Like every hair stylist/ hair cutter has commented on how much hair and volume I have. Not more than 45 min after my appointment I left looking greasy (it's very hard for that to even happen to me, but I guess the products they use look greasy) And my curls were gone, my hair looked stringy and flat. Not sure what tools they use but they aren't professional I couldn't even believe how flat and gross it looked (it looked dirty). I was there for an hour and a half, and mind you I went in with dry hair not wet. I had to completely start over to fix it. I called them back 3 days ago. The manager there, Karina felt that I wasn't worth her time to get back to me. She left me an initial voicemail and told me she was free to talk to me all day Friday and every time I called the front desk girls would say oh she'll call you at this time and then she never would. I also asked for them to get her so that we could speak for 1-2 minutes. She refused because she was "too busy." I finally got a call back from a manager at another location From Eileen. I asked them for a refund since what they did to my hair was atrocious. They keep giving me the run around and even asked me to come back another time ( NO THANK YOU! ). Has anyone else had an experience like this there? I just can't believe how disrespectful they are there and also how awful my hair looked. Spread the word so this doesn't happen to you. I even went to look at reviews and I'm not the only one this had happened to. Looked like 10 other women had just around the same experience as mine. With how expensive things are these days I feel that it's unacceptable. Also kindness go ways further than rudeness. Eileen called me back with a very fake nice persona telling me that I won't be getting a refund and that I can come in and they will do my hair again. HA! no thanks! I don't think I will be ever wasting my time at that place ever again. Spare yourself! Go somewhere else!
