But, most of the time I shop from home and place an order to pick up. Every time I go pick up it's always an off hour, and there isn't a line yet I find myself waiting. Honestly, I could've run around the store and picked up things in the same amount of time I'm standing there. The whole point of buying from home is to get in and out. Usually a couple of the ladies behind the counter are discussing something or someone is giving orders and I understand things need to get done but when I'm the only customer it would be nice to pay attention as they will quickly be able to get back to whatever they were doing. I'm going to start trying a different location closer to me. Hopefully it's not just indicative of the Ulta culture and just specific to this store. That aside the store is always clean and super organized hence the 3 stars. Also, usually pretty stocked so a one stop shop.
