This was my first time coming to Runway Blowout Lounge. The atmosphere is very professional, clean, and comfortable. Refreshments are offered, and the chairs that you sit in while having your hair washed are massage chairs! I came in for a balayage and desperately needed some TLC for my 2 year grown out very long hair. Kylie did an incredible job and was super friendly and informative during the whole process. She even came in early so that I would be able to get to work on time! She also gave me a trim and was very considerate of the fact that I wanted to keep the length long. Overall, my hair came out so beautiful and healthy.. I am slightly obsessed haha. I am already planning on coming back in a few months for a trim and touch up! read more

What a wonderful find! I went in for the Runway All the Way. I booked my appointment online. The appointment was for a blowout with a hair treatment wash and makeup with lashes. My stylist was Amanda from start to finish. Upon walking in I was offered a beverage. Choice of water, soda, coffee, tea, WINE! Yeah sold right then and there! Amanda then took her time and gave me a fabulous blowout and did my makeup beautifully! It was such a relaxing experience. It isn't crazy there like most busy salons since they specialize in just blowouts and makeup. I will definitely be coming back there again and again and I am referring all of my friends here! AMAZING! So happy a friend told me about this salon. Went there this past weekend for a blow out and makeup application for my bridal shower and Amanda performed both services. The salon is relaxing and nicely decorated. The sinks and chairs are all comfortable. You don't have to strain your neck at the sink and can actually relax and enjoy the scalp massage. I've had my makeup professionally done countless times and Amanda was by far the best! I just booked my next appointment for my rehearsal dinner and I can't wait to get pampered again! read more

Horrible experience run away from this place under staffed , didn't do my daughters hair or even make up at all in time for what was supposed to be a nice experience turned out aweful... Lots of moms also complained that girls curls fell out shortly after ,,,, My daighter was to be out by 6pm for a 430 appointment,,,They were not done with her hair or even attempt to put make up which we asked for & its wasnt just one time TWICE in one Week,,,, Clueless Staff didn't even do the right braid & They had to redo the braid over a few times ... If I could give this salon more stars, I would. My sister and I called for last minute up-dos and make-up (with lashes) for a wedding. The owner could not have been more accommodating and actually opened the salon for just us on a Sunday. The hair and make up stylist (Teresa?) was a pleasure to work with and listened to what we wanted and delivered. All the products used were top of the-line, and they even had the Kylie Lip kits for those of you that are fans. The salon itself is beautiful, upscale, while charming at the same time (unlike those chain blow out bars). I would NEVER recommend this salon. We arrived to have our hair blown out on a Sunday afternoon. The young woman who worked on me and my daughter seemed to have no clue how to style our hair. She used no product and seemed unable to do anything with my hair. It looked flat and awful. My daughter has beautiful, thick hair and asked for an updo. Again, awful.
