We had enough time to make an informed decision. He and his crew showed up within the window of agreed upon and finished 2 days earlier than the promised completion date! The crew was polite and punctual. They were careful and made sure our outdoor furniture were out of the way. The clean up at completion was very decent. Eddie made sure the our irrigation system was working properly and did a walk through with me prior to taking the final payment. Matt, the Construction Manager, was very responsive and came to our home with Allen Denomy (Owner and Principal Designer of Denomy Designs) to walk the backyard and hear our ideas. Both Matt and Allen were extremely professional and helpful in offering suggestions on how to make our ideas come to life. We worked with Allen to design the backyard and were blown away at how quickly he put our designs together. He was very detail-oriented and offered a lot of creative ideas that we would have never conceived on our own. The design process was iterative, and we felt Allen heard and implemented our feedback so we always felt comfortable that we would end up with a design that would actually work and look beautiful. Once our design was finalized, Matt scheduled and coordinated all of the materials and labor. He quoted us 3 weeks to finish the backyard. To our pleasant surprise, everything went according to plan (and budget!) and they finished everything on the promised date. Matt was very communicative throughout the construction process, and it was easy to get ahold of him if we had any questions. From start to finish, the entire process was so smooth, and we are so happy with our backyard. I agreed with their proposal entirely as written (attached photo) with service beginning in October 2020 (attached photo) and continuing quarterly so in January 2021, April 2021, July 2021 etc. In July 2021 they billed me (attached photo) for service I didn't receive. When I contacted Andrew on Monday 8/9 he said he would have a crew out Thursday 8/12 or Friday 8/13. I never heard back from them after 8/9. Note: This review has been revised as the owner's initial reaction asserted that I did not elect for pre-emergent herbicide, so I added the contract and receipts showing I did elect for that. Bottom line if you are looking for reliable automatic hassle-free landscape maintenance this is not for you. They may do a fine job if you have time to keep after them.
