Brought a Porsche here for a pre purchase inspection. The fee was $450 and it was completed in about 1 hour, I would very happy to pay $450/hr for really good work, but the quality was sub standard. I attached photos of the 2 primary interior photos I received. No other closeup photos of the condition of seats, headliner, center stack, buttons or console were included. I checked at the photos are 72dpi and 2 megapixel... yes, TWO megapixel in 2025. On top of that they are blurry. I disclosed upfront that I am not local and they said photos would be included. Other problem areas 1) We chatted and they were supposed to perform a DME report and was later told it was not included. 2) They said they would test every single button and the report doesn't include this anywhere. 3) I had 2 concerns specified. Inspect of prior body damage/repair and a recent mechanical repair just ahead of it being offered for sale. Neither of these issues were noted in the report. I gave them the opportunity to correct the situation by providing feedback via text that I was unhappy with their service and the reasons why. I saw the text message was "read" and no other responses. No offer to adjust pricing, retake pictures or reinspect concern areas. Thank you Jacob and Garagisti. read more

I came here for the reviews but unless you have a lot of money to spend, I do not recommend this place. I went there to get a purge valve replaced which would have cost $273, but they insisted they needed to do a pressure test first that cost me $185 just to diagnose the problem. Once the diagnosis was done, they said I needed to replace the purge valve. Unbelievable! If they had just listened to me from the beginning, I could have saved the $185: In addition, they did a complete diagnosis which cost an additional $100. My car is a 2017 and came back with several issues which they wanted to charge me over $8000 for: I did an easy search on AI and found out they were trying to triple charge me to replace a water pump and hoses $3500 for a 2017 BMW 540i. Unless you have money to waste, I would def not recommend this place read more

My experience was perfect! I called and discussed my vehicle over the phone in detail before bringing it in. I took in the file that I keep for all the work I do on my vehicle and Gabe, the service advisor, review it with me and after I left as well. They delivered everything as promised in our timely manner at a very fair price. I did like the fact that I did not have to go into Houston to get this great service and instead stayed on the outskirts of Houston and Katy Texas. Even picking up the vehicle late afternoon On Friday, the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend, I still got home with minimal traffic. I think the only thing that could have made my experience any better is if they had been able to do a pickup and drop off of my vehicle. Took our car for an oil change. Communication was great. They didn't pressure me for any additional services - based on things like manufacturer recommendations to change this and that. Super pleasant experience. I hate leaving bad reviews but I honestly would give negative stars to this establishment if I could. Here's why: In early May, we took our car (2015 Jaguar XJL) to Garagisti to be checked since we were noticing noises coming from the car. Some background information: we have taken our cars there several times before and even though the fixes are expensive, we trusted them since they are supposed to be well versed in working on European cars. However, it seems like every time we take our cars there, invariably, it appears like there are always other issues with the cars after they "fix" them. A few months ago, we took our Jaguar there to have some things fixed, they always find other things, so we agreed to fixes once again, which cost almost $8000. This is just one of the times we've taken our cars there; we would say they know us pretty well at this point. This most recent time, they had our Jaguar since the beginning of May and two weeks later, they informed us that something happened while they were test driving the car after it was fixed, and that the engine failed for an unknown reason. We have never had engine issues with this car, just relatively minor mechanical issues here and there. They told us the engine failure was due to our car having 2 liters of oil (that they drained after the fact, having working on the car for weeks, letting the car idle, etc. with a known issue involving oil), even though the car never had a low oil or check engine notification (yes, those notifications are in proper working order). We don't know how true this is or if this information was manipulated in any way. They never checked the oil level before they worked on the car, even though the fixes for the car supposedly involved oil transfer issues per their own diagnosis and report. They are saying this random engine failure is not their fault but also not our fault, but will not make the situation right. They quoted us over $17,000 to fix the engine that was damaged while the car was in their care for weeks. The owner Sam, who I thought was a decent guy at first, simply told us he couldn't do anything to help us except give us $1000 and a "free" check of the car worth $500...like what??? The car is no longer operable so that's not helpful in any way!!! We just had the car towed back to our house through our insurance because they have refused to even agree to a decent compromise with us in this situation. All in all, they said they did an "internal investigation" and could not find evidence they did anything to cause the engine to fail, but we have no proof that they didn't do anything to damage our vehicle as a result of negligence on their part. We now have a whole car that is useless unless we drop $17k to fix it. All of this only because we trusted the Garagisti to work on it. Now, we are left holding the bag with a worthless car. Although we have been left in a bad situation, we will continue to seek equitable remedies via other routes. Please beware when you bring your car to this place. Caveat emptor. read more

The gentleman who helped me walked me through the steps taken during the oil change. He showed me pictures of the inspection. Overall my car was rated in great condition as I do keep up with it. I stop by to get a cost estimate to determine a budget to have my front brake pads (down 3 mm wear) replaced on my MB GLE. Never could get a straight answer without pressing for a ballpark figure and it was slightly higher than Sewell. Wasn't too impressed with the communication with a service manager who insist on looking at the vehicle first which would of course cost me a diagnostic fee for nought. This garage specializes in European cars. Went in to have an oil and filter change on my Audi. They used OEM parts and were almost 50% cheaper than the dealer. I received the most detailed inspection report I've seen including photos of all critical areas. They didn't try to "sell" me anything and gave me some great advice on a warranty issue. I don't trust auto repair shops easily, but so far I'm impressed. On top of that they detailed the car for me before delivering it! read more
