This is the part falling off

This Cinco Auto could kill you!!! I were planning go to Vegas and CA. Before the trip I decided do oil change and check everything! His name is Jim helped me。 He recommended do break oil , air sth so total cost me around 380 . Next day I am on the trip the engine' aluminum cover fall off one side. He did not put the part back very well. I have to find the auto shop removed the cover so I can still drive. When I arrived Vegas, I spent 450 $ for replace the cover! It's nightmare for me! All my family came here got oil change , it's been over two years! Never ever again.

The $630 'job' Cinco Auto quoted me VS the $200 job I received at another shop for the same part and labor.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, and don't come here. Trust me, I get it. People pay for convenience and a 'nice' auto shop, but they will overcharge the sh!t out of you! My window recently stopped working, and it was rolled down all the way (which is not gonna fly in this heat). So, I did a quick Yelp search and found Cinco Auto. I called to see if I could come in for them to take a look at it. They said come on by. Great, right? The interior of the shop is clean-nice chairs, and TV, and a great waiting room. Staff seemed nice. It took them 10 minutes to look at my window, and they show me a quote for $650! The part was only labeled as $97, but the labor was $500?!!?! They told me it would be a 'quick fix' and only take an hour to get it done. So, they're charging $500 an hour for labor?!?! I almost choked on my spit!!! Then come to find out, the diagnostics price is $120 (which was never mentioned or said over the phone). I've heard $75-95 for diagnostics by $120 for a 10-minute look at my window? These mechanics must be living lavish with the kind of money they're making here, and their customers are idiots for paying! When I told them I'll take my business elsewhere to shop for prices, they looked at me like I was an idiot and told me that was a standard price for the service (and since I drive a BMW anywhere would be expensive). I ended up going to a shop off Beltway 8 (yes a little drive), but I only paid $200 for the entire job in under an hour of work. Unless you got G's to blow, I wouldn't come here :)

Great service, Jim is very attentive and helpful. The sitting room is clean and the seats are decently comfortable. Overall good experience.

And the drive of service is exceptional, however, until you encounter a problem with them, and this is where it goes downhill.! and this is why I will never use take five again and I recommend you all not use. Take five again.! because when you encounter a problem, the customer service sucks. It is rated a zero.! you have no actual way to contact the store unless you go through the one 800 then when you have a problem, you stay on hold for a customer service representative to come to the phone. Mind you all from a one 800 number.! what's the phone you explained to them and only them what is going on and at that point they still cannot help you! You are only able to leave your information with the service prep as she will then email regional manager and they will take 5 to to reach back to you! And at this point they have not even reached back out to me! After several attempts to continuously, try to contact them with urgency due to a problem that they caused to my vehicle! I was in Dallas when I originally got my oil changed when I get to Houston I need another oil change to discover the oil cap has been put on too tight from the previous take five in Dallas! Now that's not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is to take five here in Houston is we are not going to touch that we could not get the cap off. You will need to drive back to Dallas to have them to take it off.! so in disbelief, I tried to go to the Dodge dealership to see if they will take it off for me because I'm just thinking take five is exaggerating! But nope the dealership also says it is too tight. We don't want to risk breaking the entire house so therefore we will not take it off either unless you plan on paying $2000 if we break the housing unit.! so now I go back and to take five to talk about the unfairness of this. I don't have time to drive back to Dallas to take care of this problem that they have caused because of this point now you're causing me another problem from my job time and my money ! They tell me there's nothing they can do except send it to the regional manager, and I will have to wait 5 to 7 days to hear from him which they're also telling me he's probably going to tell me also to drive back to Dallas! Absolutely ridiculous! As I told them you were risking my vehicle the motor of my vehicle because at this point, I don't know how much oil is in the tank because it needs to be changed so me risking to drive to Dallas to do further damage to my vehicle is unacceptable! So at this point, this is date three and I have not heard from regional manager, and the cap is still on and I still cannot get my oil change and my vehicle is still at risk of messing up the motor! So then we go to if the motor is messed up the vehicle is messed up, but then who replaced the vehicle! So take five let me ask you is it worth you getting someone here in Houston from take five to repair this cap situation versus you be responsible for an entire vehicle? Aside from that they failed to vacuum the carpets on the third row of my minivan. Unfiortunately I did not spot this till I arrived at home due to the fact the car took 90 minutes before I could get it. By that time I was already annoyed and just wanted to go home. I came yesterday and I was trying to ask the gentleman if I can get the nicest car wash and what he recommends, but he was too busy flirting completely unprofessional! So I sit down for 15 to 25 minutes with My Son and they tell me that they are finished with my car and I thought to myself that that was really fast! When I walk up to my car, they did the worst job I have ever seen on the vacuum so I told them that this is terrible!! I was very polite one one the workers not knowing I understand Spanish was laughing at me and saying very rude things in Spanish not knowing I could understand her and then she held both of my BMW mats up and told me to go clean my mats myself! I then grab a Manager and she takes my car and the two ladies working on my car to the side and let them know that's not how you treat customers so then they detail cleaned my car when I got home I noticed I was missing a BMW mat! So I'm not sure if she threw my mat away, but they did not find my mat not only is their unprofessional people working for this car wash, they should not try flirting with the customers and I believe she threw my mat in the trash, she was extremely rude. I've never experienced someone so rude working for any establishment: I lost my mat forever unfortunately .I did not want a free car wash I highly do not recommend this unprofessional terrible place! What really makes me upset is I am a BMW owner and a very smart and responsible woman so to try and convince me that I didn't come with all 4 mats in my car really upsets me now I have to find another BMW Matt that they did not offer to reimburse me for anything they did not offer a refund on my car wash. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive. I first brought my car in on 6/24/2025 for vibration on the front passenger side. I spoke with Robby Stahmer, who diagnosed the issue as worn struts and recommended replacing both the front and rear struts for a total of $2,433.07. But when I picked up my car, the vibration was still there--and now there was a clacking noise too. Over the next few weeks, I returned several times, only to be told something different each visit. I paid another $677.03 for a control arm ball joint after being reassured it would finally fix the issue by Robby Stahmer. It didn't. A technician, Edgar later admitted he still heard the same noise and suggested different parts, but management told me I'd have to pay all over again, even though the original problem was never resolved. I've now spent $3,110.10, and my car is in the same condition as day one. The owner promised to follow up on 7/23/2025, but months later I still haven't heard a word. I feel ignored, misled, deceived and deeply frustrated. I'm asking for a full refund for repairs that didn't fix anything.

Immediately I was confused since he than begin talking about replacing valve covers due to "Houston Heat" and I even mentioned that it sounding like I just needed a new starter. I told him that we can get a quote for one valve cover and remove/replace starter. He originally quoted me over $1500 and gave me a pamphlet that goes over payment options. I feel like since I was a female and had a nice car that the shop was trying to take advantage. I then took my car to a local shop and had the starter replaced for $150 which solved the issue. Please be assertive and careful with these shops!
