Now it was a simple visit for tire alignment after being referred by the local Discount Tire, but the appointment was made with ease and at my convenience. I was able to add vehicle inspection at the end at the last minute, and it was handled in 10 minutes. My daughter took her car there. These guys took advantage to her for being a female. They conducted diagnostics test and found one ABS sensor faulty. They changed it out still had the same problems. $600 later. We took it back they ran diagnostics and said the front ABS sensors needed to be replaced for $500! Are you serious! I looked on line for all four they are $38.00. Now these guys want to charge my daughter for the back sensor they jacked up and the front sensors! I'm taking my daughter's car to an honest mechanic. Experienced being ripped off by an Auto Care USA I read some reviews about Auto Care USA mentioning the staff's professionalism, friendly, and honesty, so I thought Auto Care USA was a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop till I experienced being ripped off by Make, store manager, Auto Care at 3127 W Grand Pkwy N, Katy, TX 77449. He charged me for 8 hours at the $189.95 per hour, over $1500 for the labor, $838.48 for the oil pan, bolts, and sensor in total amount $2429.42 for an engine oil pane+censor replacement for 2015 BMW 528i. I checked around with multiple Auto Care USA repair shops in Katy or its surrounding areas, all shop managers told hourly rate at $140-160 for labor for the same job, and this Auto Care USA store manager, Mike, overcharged me too much. He is not an honest business man, and has no sense of honesty and integrity in doing business. Auto Care at 3127 W Grand Pkwy N, Katy, TX 77449 is not a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop, and hope people would take precaution when decide to go to this shop. Mike may treat people differently or treat different race differently. Be careful not to be ripped off by this auto care repair shop. read more

Very rude , liars , try to charge me for every service. I wanted to see why my car was shaking charge for diagnostic, charge for every light on . Than guy told me to just get a new car comes to find out I went to Mike's they said I needed new engine mounts which is common with the car I have please don't come here , do Not recommended at all, over charge and not trust worthy read more

So, Initially I thought this was an honest place to take my car. I spoke with Mike he seemed genuine and kind. He is a salesperson. Literally replaced all parts with off market brand parts, my car stopped running properly 8 months later. We spent $4000 on repairs. 8 months later brought it back because so many issues and he had to redo the engine mounts and replace the axel on the driver's side just 8 months later. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They will sale you things you don't need, replace with off market parts, then charge a large amount for labor with such cheap parts. I spoke to Perry the "owner", who I really think is just another shop technician/mechanic at the Westheimer location and he was no help either. Had to take to another shop to fix the car and things that were not done correctly. Had to rent a car and spend additional money to fix the damage. Awful experience. Do not recommend! read more

manager very rude ! Hung up the phone in my face during quote once I told him the vehicle year! I have a grand marquis 2000 when called and inquired about a price his voice immediately changed and repeated the year . I was placed on hold ask was everything tight my mechanic was on the phone and stated the car is in great care he proceeded we don't fix cars with multiple job work and hung up the phone ! the car hasnr had multiple job work only 137890 miles ! Came here for an oil change and they seemed a little busy when I got there around lunch time on a Friday. No one was in the waiting room though, so I think just dealing with other things. Got checked in and first time customers get a discount. It took about an hour to get an oil change and the TV wasn't on in the waiting room. read more

I just went in for an oil change but they also helped me out with my undercarriage which was kind of dragging after going through the last storm. These guys always take care of me. They even helped me with a discount when I had a more expensive service earlier in the year. read more

Needed an AC Repair, they did a quick diagnosis. Richard was very on top of it. He gave me feedback, and was honest about the work my vehicle needed. They replaced the compressor, gave me a free belt, and even discounted me on the total cost of the job. Very happy with how they got my AC fixed. read more

This is a new auto repair business in the rapidly growing 99 & Morton Ranch area. You ve used this business 4 times in the past 6 months. One time was an emergency when smoke was coming from the bottom of the car. They are always very polite, very professional, very clean and do an amazing job repairing my car. This place is top notch in both customer service and product. I came in 2 days back to back to have my husband and my car looked over for various issues and for routine care. Richard and Milad took great care of me. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had several concerns and questions, and never did I feel rushed pressured. Unlike most shops, they actually pointed out things that I did not need to have fixed, that I thought I did. They found a problem that I had tried to get fixed at another shop, and these guys fixed it correctly. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. While I was there I went ahead and got our oil changes done as well. The prices are competitive with other places that do oil changes, but here they were more thorough and a lot more attention to detail was given. My car broke down unexpectedly last week due to an oil leak from a sloppy oil change job and I took it back to Firestone on Westheimer (where I originally got an oil change a week ago). After towing my car there, Firestone promised me the leak was fixed and they redid my oil change. A few days later, my oil was leaking out again. I took my car to the closest place from where I was located and ended up at Auto Care U.S.A. The guys had my car in the shop within just a few minutes and walked me out and showed me exactly where the leak was and how they planned to fix it. They ended up replacing my oil filter and topping off my oil which I had lost free of charge. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back.
