I lucked out and the place was an easy "walk in" pedicure with the full staff pampering me (pretty sure I got an extra long leg message!). I got a mani & pedi and it turned out perfect :) The decor is so great, the owner huy was so kind and it was lovely to chat with him about remodeling the place, you can tell he put a lot of time, effort and love into the space. Amazing service! My sisters and I got our nails done here. The ambiance is great: music playing in the background, beautiful decor, scented candles burning, just AMAZING!!! And I haven't even started on the nails yet!!!!! The manicure was excellent, and the nail polish was high quality. My sister and I both got nail art on two of our fingers: AMAZING!!!! Took a chance a booked mani pedi's for my sister and I both and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful salon hiding in a not so lovely old building! It's lovely inside and very clean. Staff is great and place is decorated very cute. When I made an appointment it took an hour and a half for a 35 minutes pedicure. Wanted to love it- let's start off with I made an appointment. Showed up to my appointment on time. Very clean and cute salon, as soon as I'm spoken to I could tell it was a bad ideal to continue with my appointment. She asked me what service I wanted. I asked for a gel mani/pedi she said okay and then told me that she couldn't do the mani put the other lady could. It was very clear to me that the lady that did my mani has not had much training with gel. Because of the time limit I did offer to come back the next day for the pedi but because of the poor service and work I just got up and walked out. This salon is newly remodeled and owned. You can tell they want to make a wonderful and different experience for their guests. Their space is elegant, tidy, super clean, and their tools are autoclaved. They offer you water, tea, or coffee, and refill at the right time. I'm usually a little nervous when my nails are done because I've been clipped before and it's been painful most of the time, but Chloe was very gentle and also did a wonderful massage, she cares that it's a great experience, and my nails look great! read more

Although I called earlier in the week to make a reservation, there was a mixup where they didn't have enough nail techs for the two of us but they called someone to come in right away instead having me wait for the other tech to finish up. No idea what happened in the last 2 weeks since I was last here. This salon did a complete 180! The last time I was here they were all about customer service. The owner offered beverages and wanted people to be comfortable. There was music playing in the back ground while people were getting their nails done. Today the salon was empty and you could hear crickets! I went in for what I thought was an appointment after someone from the salon texted me that the tech I saw last time was available. I show up expecting to get my nails done when this guy came out of the back room told me the tech wasn't there and wasn't going to be there until September! I told him I got a text that he was going to be here. He just shrugged and stood there like a big dummy! He told me the tech wouldn't come in even if he called him! I laid into him on why would someone text me to come in when the guy I request wasn't around? Why did you waste my time? He didn't have a response or an apology and ran back into the back room! I settled for the only tech available and she did an okay job. I wouldn't make her my go to person by any stretch nor would I ever return to this salon. I have no idea what happened to all the people that worked there 2 weeks ago but whomever is running things now has no regard for customer service. Had a great first experience there. Unfortunately there 2nd, 3rd, and 4th attempts were not successful. Love that they have online booking capability. *Cleanliness: loved that the shop seemed to be very attentative to cleanliness. Always unpacking tools that are one time use or sanitized in front of you. They did a thorough job in washing and scrubbing my feet, and made sure to point out that they spritz everyone with alcohol before using their nail polish brushes. *Service: first time experienced had great customer service. The second attempt has to be rescheduled due to plumbing issue, which is understood to be out of their control. The third attempt lacked personnel (there was only one nail technician on hand that day) where one lady was there before us for 3 hours to get her manicure and pedicure finished. My sister and I opted to have our pedicures finished after 2 hrs, and rescheduled for our manicures at a later time. At the 4th attempt to finish off the rescheduled manicures, we were shooed out of the shop, because there was still only one technician, and he was "tired." We haven't tried rescheduling since, and will not be returning. *Quality: the pedicures we did receive lasted a while with no chipping. The shape of the nails were good and even. The nails were cut a bit too short making it uncomfortable in closed toe shoes. Additionally, the hang nail on my big toe was torn off, rather than snipped, resulting in a bloody spot under the toe nail. Perhaps we really did catch them in a few bad days. Hopefully, they are able to get staffing level back for better customer service. read more

I am so happy I've found this place. Nail salons are a dime in a dozen and it is very difficult to find a place that is relaxing is clean. I was never rushed and they took their time on both my pedi and mani (took about 2 hours). I am a stickler for a sanitary salon as many places cut corners on cleanliness. They always use a new nail buffer, nail filer, and foot scrubber (I saw them throw it away after use). Also, all of their nail tools are sanitized using an autoclave (a sanitzing machine used in labs and hospitals) the best way to disinfect and kill bacteria. Lastly, I was impressed that this place ensures the quality of their work. If you are not happy they will make the correction. Also, you have to make an appointment. Try using their online system and get a 5% discount. read more

I've been here twice and each time was awful! I'm not sure why people are having these great experiences and I'm not. The first time I went in a Saturday-hours on the website that they opened at 10, I made an appointment for 10:30 and when I got there they were closed! A few minutes later someone arrived to open and let me in, my nail artist arrived at 10:45 and kept getting up to get the phone. My nails turned out nice but the service was not good. The second time was Memorial Day (Monday)-my nail artist left in the middle of my pedicure. Someone else came to do the service but the mani/pedi took over two hours and my pedicure water was freezing. My shellac manicure chipped on Friday. They manicure was done at the pedicure bowl so I kept having to reach over and had a bowl of water a shellac machine balanced on my lap. Every time I've been in there this place has been empty. Had THE WORST nail salon experience ever at this salon! I had called ahead and made an appointment and went on my lunch break from work, and had asked how long everything would take and they assured me under an hour. I was getting dip nails taken off, and a shellac manicure. Any other salon I went to, taking off dip nails takes no more then 20 minutes tops. This salon told me it would take 30 minutes, and said 30 minutes for the manicure, I said okay. I come in at 11:10 and get greeted by an anger dog barking up my leg, already unpleasant even though I love dogs, and continue to get sniffed, and get seated and the technician proceeds to wrap my fingers, at 11:50, she is still in the back. So I ask another technician working on another person to go and get her as it has been well over 30 minutes. The technician from the back comes out and looks at my nails and tells the other technician to do my nails, she files them for about 5 minutes and goes back to her original customer. And lets my nails soak for about 20 minutes, at this point i've had it and tell them i'll pay for the removal and walk out! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Why tell me to come in if you're going to waste my time!!! By 12:10 she had not even started the manicure!! Worst service ever. read more
